I liked the summary, nice production, well read, good voicing etc However, Punisher is not a Hero, not even by Marvel standards, he is a vigilante who spent a LOT of years just killing off people connected to drugs, dealers, enforcers, bosses and small time criminals. In other words, he killed off a LOT of scumbags, but also an astronomical amount of desperate poor people as he would completely wipe out ANYONE in the vicinity of the crime clusters he targeted. He also famously killed off small time "super villains" during the Civil War arc, which enraged Steve Rogers. As response to this Frank stated that it was justified since they were "criminals, murders and THIEVES", so, simply being a criminal justifies murder according to his old code. He has evolved through the years, focusing on taking on the most brutal of criminals, he also spent a few years killing off fascists as revenge for Hydra brainwashing him into doing a whole lot of really shitty errands, but in the end, he is a VIGILANTE, which puts him in the same league as any person taking the law into their own hands regardless of afiliation. The word vigilante has taken a weird meaning through the years, but it will always remain a way of creating justice outside the system, which, in reality, is only somewhat ethical when there i absolute proof and the act it self manages harm reduction through stopping someone from hurting somebody. HOWEVER, the most common forms of vigilantism is flavored by hatecrimes and delusional people who loves the idea of living out their dreams of being a "hero" by acting on the worst traits in humanity. I love The punisher and hate to be the rambling semantic-lord, but then again, today there are extremists who dons the Punisher skull emblem:camo style and fucking idiot cops have done massive paintjobs on police cars with the same skull emblem: stars and stripes version and red and blue version. This is bad, reeaaaaally bad, many police officers infamously already abuse their power and bypass laws by lying, planting evidence, arresting innocents and then try to nail them for basically anything to justify their catch, this affects working class people. Cops donning the Punisher skull emblem is just a bizarre way to finally admit that there is a driving force within the police force that does not give a single fuck about the law and deems justice to be them doing whatever the fuck they want. This is not a dunk on Mrs. Comic, the video is great, more than great and pointing out the boring stuff above is the duty of ANYONE with respect for the rights of their fellow man and while Frank Castle is among the the most awesome characters ever, cops, fascists, fascist cops and shitheads acting on prejudice are just scumbags.
the most incredible comment we've ever received, so we're going to summarize the storyline of another punisher comic, maybe we'll start with its origins in the Vietnam War.
Punisher & Deadpool always brings a hardcore fight!! That’s why I clicked !! Who else clicked immediately when they saw the title ?
I was like “wait a minute, how did Sho’nuff wind up in this?” 😂😂😂😂
This limited series was good
Thank You So Much! I’ve always wanted to know this Story.
Rule #1 of comics. It's always better than live action.
