I'm no doctor, schizophrenia aside, it sounds like you are learning to discern your thoughts.
I often have the perception that some of the thoughts that are with me are not my own. And I have my own practices which I use to clear those thoughts, because I do not want them, because they are unwanted.
It takes skill to be able to go inward and to discern the difference between the thoughts that are yours and the thoughts that are not.

The louisiana state police illegally surveillances me and the so say head of the human trafficking task force has been dating me since a couple years ago when i didn’t want to date him. You mentioned a chikd not trying to tell all my business but want to see if it helps you understand that energy better if it applies to me I do resonate with most of your readings so I believe it does but my personal relation to this reading is my abusive ex husband lied and filed court motion against me saying I don’t allow him to see our daughter he legally has 50% custody he’s never kept her week days and makes excuses …. To keep the peace I never fight it my kid was safe with me anyways all that I cared about but recently I developed stronger boundaries and blocked him because was harassing and stalking me calling my daughters school Monday through Friday ….. to portray me as neglectful in relation to her grades anxiety …that he’s caused and the amount of days she’s missed for panicking about going, so I removed her and legally homeschooled her against his non agreeance so he filed a false CPS report saying that I abuse her and neglect her schooling and then lied and filed a court motion afterwards lying that I do not allow him to have her his legally appointed days he’s always refused to take I’m hoping this is being investigated behind the scenes since cps saw coercive control tactics if they follow legal procedure they are… the last court date the judge was very rude to me judgmental and biased and acting as if she was “punishing” me … not trying to tell all my business but I felt if I explained the child thing you may understand and channel more info regarding that. I’m afraid of losing custody of her next month at our court date I didn’t comply to the judges order to enroll her back into public school she refused to look at my lesson plans and ignored that I told her he was abusive and this was a lie he’s saying it’s not true and she refused to bear my side from the moment I walked in she got rude and snobby. I’m pretty sure she’s involved along with a few others including my own mom. So now he filed contempt of court for my noncompliance he’s always lying to portray I left and am irresponsible but I actually left because I was tired of being abused and he doesn’t want that out, sorry so long if you even get to this comment 😂 at least I vented and got it out.
