Here is the email I recieved from Lippert. Hope it helps.
There are several reasons the fridge section may not be cooling but the freezer section is.
Check if the Freezer Coils are frozen, if they are, continue with the below testing:
Test Freezer Fan - apply 12v power to fan plug, fan should spin fast not slow
Test Heater Coils - check for continuity if none the coils have failed
Test Defrost thermistor - check for continuity if none the thermistor has failed
The Diverter between the fridge and freezer may not be opened properly, if it is not, this is most likely an issue with the Main Control PCB for the fridge, if the Diverter is automatic. If the Diverter has a control knob or slider in the freezer, make sure it set so the fridge is getting adequate cold air from the freezer.
Test for Main control board failure - confirm voltage in and out of board inspect for signs of shorting
Test to see if Low on Refrigerant - need DC amp draw when compressor is running to confirm
