4:00 is a key point to always remember. the airflare is a dangerous move without preparation. lots of people in my scene have been injured trying to get this move.

should we train airflares after flares immediately?
Kareem Jano Honestly its up to you. I started working on airflare before I had flares and mills but normally I would try to learn: Flare, 90 (couple spins), windmill, headspin, hand hops (both sides) and halo before you start airfalre.
Ok, do you advise me to learn jackhammers before 90 and airflare?
I never did so not really
@@kareemjano3018 Good to have float power moves like Jackhammers and UFOs as they can train your strength! But not 100% necessary
