Accidentally spilled invisible ink all over myself.... I'm screwed.. 😔
HAHAHAHAHA
LMAOOO
Forever unseen!
Hope it was lemon juice and not the bleach 😀
Tim Michaels oh no
"A message only fire can tell"
So did Sauron write on his ring using lemon juice
I FRIGGIN HOPE SO
Can you soak paper in liquid nitrogen to see what happens? Will it shatter like glass, will it still burn?
Blaze Anderson I don't think it'll shatter like glass, but it definitely will bend and crack.
Harsh Somvanshi it wont bend
Blaze Anderson Nothing, if its solid it stays solid, it can't change its properties
Timothy Vandeponseele Actually, i think it might freeze any water inside of the paper, so it may become brittle
It will breake but donot shatter like glass i think
Your handwriting is amazing
Me to
Agree
Love the bleach idea
Specific Love Creations your comment is so overrated
Specific Love Creations BLEACH IS FOR DRINKING
Looks at bleach on table, I don’t need it.....
Stares at bleach,
I don’t need it.....
IIIII NNNNNEEEEEEEEEEDDDDD IIIIITTTTT!!!!!!!!!!
Max prime I like ur comment It made me laugh😅
Specific Love Creations but quite dangerous tho
Time to make a video on homemade UV light to go along with this video!
Nate's doing a great job! The channel has regained a lot of that diy flare that I love so much. Keep it up
This is so helpful! You try every different way to use the ingredients, and answered all the questions anyone would have. Subscribe!
Can you make ice cream with liquid nitrogen🍦
Initial Bricks yes
He made a video of it
Initial Bricks they have. In multiple videos...
Wolfie vlogs no that was with dry ice
Y’all he made ice cream with dry ice and the ice cream with the dripping it into liquid nitrogen isn’t the same as actually making it with liquid nitrogen the ice cream was pre-made so don’t flame xd
Hey, I wonder what will happen if you put a spray paint can in a vacuum. It contains compressed air right?
compressed butane i think
can will explode
Parodies United -and now what sort of intellectual contribution does such an irrelevant statement have to this question? How old are you?
I have always looked forward to this project.Don't know why I didn't research this in greater detail as I am quite interested. But I am glad it is TKOR style!
So if you soak a white shirt in bleach will it just look black under the black light?
Just to clarify, what you used was a dip pen, not a fountain pen. The idea behind a fountain pen is that it has an internal reservoir of ink, like an ink sack or interior piston, so that it doesn't have to be dipped. Thus the ink can constantly flow out (like a fountain) rather than being dipped every half sentence or so.
As a control, try using the quill without any kind of liquid loaded into it to see if the etching may cause a darkening effect from potentially thinner paper where you wrote.
This is awesome! I'll show this to my kids and I think that they're going to love it.
put fruit in the vacuum chamber to get dry fruit.
that one I would like to see too
Me too
Use bleach as an ink? Nah man I'd rather use beach as a drink
Where is Grant?
I miss him
gone if you haven't noticed
nope
Awesome video! Though on a semantic point, that wasn't a fountain pen, it was a dip quill which is an older design. Fountain pens have the ink contained within them and can be refilled from a bottle.
Idea: Can you refill an inkjet cartridge with the bleach (or the other stuff) and try to print something invisible? :)
Nate’s the prince of random! You are sooo awsome!
pokerandom yup
Yas
You spelled awesome wrong.
no he's the Jack of Trades
COOL!!!-Hit the 'LIKE' button!
Александр ForestLamp Minecraft music Spider-Man music
Kid me who wanted to be a spy so much would have used all three of these XD
Nice video, I think I’m actually going to try this :D
You should build a fluidized bed system, it is very cool and seems to fit into your genre of videos
I had an invisible ink pen where there's a black light attached to the cap, and the ink glows instead of the paper lol
I had one of those too, but the ink ran dry and the light doesn't work anymore xD
Those things are cheap
kr4zyy same but I used all the ink
I got one from my school book fair
Pretty common in Pakistan
It's not secret any more......
totally!!!!
I'm subscribed to this channel because of the explanation at the end!!
Invisible ink ideas was very nice. You can also try to use onion juice as well, similar way you used the lemon juice.
How can we make a whole kit of spy things
Next cheat tip on my exam, thanks 😂
Lmao
Don't cheat on tests
More content, same format, easy to understand. Nate's great!
Hey just quick terminology thing from a fountain pen enthusiast, your pen is a dip pen, you can also call it a quill because of the feather (I think). It is not a fountain pen. Fountain pens have a reservoir of ink which is drawn through a metal nib via capillary action.
It's not a King of Random vid if you don't use bamboo skewers
Kevin Barboza or FIRE
Daniel Stone or liquid nitrogen
Nek I or dry ice
Or silicone
I think the baking soda grape juice one is just a simple acid base reaction maybe try it with dye added to vinegar
Just a question will it work after it's dried for a few days. Either love ur work even if I'm not interested in all ur projects there still entertaining enough to watch and enjoy for all ages so I appreciate it as I can not only watch with my kid but have fun also so thanks again
Make a wind turbine to generate electricity. You can use magnets and copper wire to generate the power.
Directions unclear, accidentally drank bleach
Is u ded bro
LUXRAY97: I feel do sorry but I think you should not have done that.
You have met a terrible fate, haven’t you
How are you typing this of you drank bleach 🤔
I've actually done this! I think this would be a cool science experiment! 👊🏼🔥
(with parental supervision of course)
😰
You not my dad
Bushcraft Baxter Anyone else think it said "Beware the man is black"?
Bushcraft Baxter why would anyone need parental supervision to write on a piece of paper with lemon juice?
Jerry's Art ehem... Flame
Love your videos reminded me of an episode of Bones, saliva was used to leave an encoded message on a white wall; visible under UV light. Is this possible or just a trick?
Bleach is the best of the three
thanks for another amazing Video!
--Rick
I wish printers could use this bleach
You're trying really hard
Its possible
you can
You can if you refill the ink cartridge
you can. use old catridge and make a hole on top of it. use syringe to inject the baking soda.
i think....
I love the Tkor channel because it is not a how to channel, the hosts actually do experiments.
Can you use AirCrete to build a foundry furnace to melt aluminum cans? From what I read it is fireproof and has great insulating factors.
Love the vids and please make some kind of slingshot that'd be great
Please make a video telling us how to make a black light
“not bad.”
Try using snow as a mold for metal casting
Photosynthesis revealed in green...how nice.
could you guys cast some arrowheads from the metal foundry
what happens when you put a glow stick into liquid nitrogen
Brandon Riggs i think it will freeze
well think about it little ice cubes of glow stick
it stops glowing
Brandon Riggs death
It freezes and stops glowing.
Grant+Nate I love your vids. Can you try putting U.S coins in the metal foundry and then put it in a mold😊
You can also use a clothes iron to reveal the lemon juice message. Less risk to burn paper compared to an open flame. Me and my friends used to pretend to be inside agents.
Would be kinda cool to see if you could put one of these inks in a real pen. You could try to fill up a fountain pen cartridge.
Can you make a Laser that actually burns through objects?
that has been made already
Yeh i like the bleach method too!!thank you!!
That was awesome!
What happens if you boil polyethylene glycol like if you wanna see this
Pour melted gallium in liquid nitrogen.
Thank you!
The way the lemon juice ink apears when heated looks like the marauders map.
Never been this early to see king of random
this is not the KOR
Can you make disappearing ink
Water haha
Can you make a ballpoint "bleach pen"? Maybe lemon juice would also work for ink. With the sharp edge of the fountain pen, it makes an indentation in the paper and it seems that you would be able to read the message with your naked eye, or by using the flat side of a pencil.
Also, could you use tonic water on a surface that doesn't reflect UV light (maybe a different kind of paper) to get the opposite effect as the bleach?
Admiration. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Test if simple flashlight can reveal the secret message in the bleach
Idea: Would a bag of chips become stale in a vacuum chamber.
i don't think it will
No it wouldnt
They go stale because of oxygen
bags of crisps are filled with nitrogen. we already know they dont go stale when oxygen isnt present
Triplex 1 HOUR - NCS will Soda in a vacuum chamber with mentos have the same reaction xD
Well, someone appreciated The Dark Tower. I personally didn't find the story all that memorable or well thought-out, but to each's own. One thing I can say positively about that film was that the rendering was done well, and I have no doubts that they fully animated those creatures (I forgot what they were called, the things that feed on fear, sadness, and anger: the primary human weaknesses) were made ground-up from cubes or spheres in a tool like Blender, as opposed to using somebody in a costume and darkening the resulting picture.
*"beware the man in black"*
Me: **looks at my dad** ... mmmk
Put invisible ink in the metal foundry xD
lol
I didn't know you were a detective
You have a beautiful hand writing!
First, they take the dinglepop and they smooth it out with a bunch of schleem. The schleem is then repurposed for later batches. They take the dinglebop and they push it through the grumbo, where the fleeb is rubbed against it. It's important that the fleeb is rubbed, because the fleeb has all of the fleeb juice. Then a Schlameeh shows up, and he rubs it, and spits on it. They cut the fleeb. There are several hizzards in the way. The blamphs rub against the chumbles, and the klubus and grumbo are shaved away. That leaves you with a regular old plumbus!
Hey u should try what happens if u put a burning paper in a vacuum chamber
chillbill gaming umm no air equals no fire.
chillbill gaming I think it would be before you got to vacuum
burning candle in a very big chamber
MrDoboz It would extinguish, as there is no oxygen to fuel flames
with time, eventually. but I think the flame would be biggen than usual, as the pressure is lower, the flame won't get as much resistance
*Link for that pen please?*
Imaginary Monster uhhh bro that pen is not a pen you can buy. Those pens are from like the 1800s
Ohh🙁
He said it's a fountain pen, but it's actually a dip pen. Just search online for quill or dip pen for similar pens
seriousgamer64 okay thanks
You're videos are so great there a part of my daily routine
I have got to try the bleach secret message one day.
Can the bleach also be revealed over heat like the other methods?
Anyone miss the actual "king of random"?
I do
ʏᴏᴜ ᴍᴇᴀɴ ɢʀᴀɴᴛ
sᴛɪʟʟ ʏᴇᴀʜ
Me
Sonny Gasson where is he? And yes
Yes
hey love your vids
:D
Will the bleach method work on coffee/tea dyed paper or brownish old-looking paper in general?
THANKS YOUU!!!!
I GOT BRILIANT IDEA USING THIS INVISIBLE INK INTO MY CHANNELS
Idea: put sticky tac (a lot) in a vacuum chamber
hint: nothing will happen
Blue tac... sticky tac is not a thing...
lukas alkauskas Depending on where you are, it's called sticky tac, blue tac, etc
I’m pretty sure there is both, and it is blu tack
there a person named clorox bleach
is he here?
-Thunder - Bear- no
-Thunder - Bear- no
Lol your are cursed with him too? XD
-Thunder - Bear- Idk
Jason Bourne ROCKS!!!!!!!
I think the bleach works because the paper has special dyes in it to make it appear whiter. Under the UV torch, these glow a pale blue. The bleach reacts with them and stops them glowing under the UV, but doesn't alter the appearance of the paper all that much
What happens if you pour liquid nitrogen into molten metal?
I think nothing will happen, the liquid N is way to light, to even do something to the surface of the metal, maybe if you throw the liquid violently, will make some splashs.
@Di Baz, aske the Backyard Scientist... Or watch one of his latest videos.
I'm a new subscriber and already love your videos 😍 I love science and expierements
D Rodriguez yeah well it’s grants channel not Nate’s
Great handwriting
You should try the blacklight with the other 2 inks also
Cast aluminum with dry ice
let's do it!
Christian yes definitely
Do it
What would happened if you put dry ice in bleach?
Help me get to 1,500 subscribers with no videos XD
The dry ice would melt a little. The bleach would get cold.
shinaanish the dry ice will vaporise not melt
Cool interesting experiment
Thanks dude for a great video!
Where is the original guy?
gone aparently
His wife is having a baby so he’s taking time off
he gave up on the channel
Make A ball mill
That's amazing. Where can i get an ultraviolet flashlight? I want to try it
I guessed that the bleach would destroy the optical whitening pigment in the paper, and that seems to be right.
I think the bicarbonate is supposed to change the color of the lemon juice towards green, since is pH dependent. Water used to boil rutabaga or red cabbage works the same. You should use enough to really stain the paper though. And a stronger alkali might work better. I played with rutabaga water, blotting paper, sodium carbonate and acetic acid when exploring indicators as a kid.
1st . BTW i have tried it earlier but it hasn't worked but now you showed the correct path so now I will try it again. Thanks-. From a Random boy.
I really doubt that you were the first one to comment, but okay. Here's a medal because you're *so* special
starGNH i think he meant the first method
Phandom Vs Army hey I mean that I am the first viewer.
Akr Official Ok I misunderstood you.
What does the reaction that reveals invisible ink in citric acid
The sugar caramelizes and burns, turning brown. Mixing up sugar water does the same thing.
Yeah, it's just breaking down at a lower temperature then the paper, so it can burn before it
When you wrote your message using the lemon juice, carbon-based compounds in the juice were absorbed into the paper’s fibers. Also, since lemon juice ink is a weak acid, it softened the fibers in the paper. The added heat caused some of the chemical bonds to break down in the dried juice and some carbon was cut loose. When the carbon came into contact with air, it burned or oxidized. One effect of oxidation is things turn a darker color. (Some oxidation doesn’t need heat to occur; it just needs a little air. Think of a piece of apple, banana, or pear left out on a plate for a while.)
Lemon juice - like most fruit juice - contains carbon compounds. These compounds are pretty much colorless at room temperature. Heat breaks down these compounds and releases the carbon. When carbon comes in contact with air (specifically oxygen), oxidation occurs and the substance turns light or dark brown. If it oxidizes long enough, it can go all the way to black.
i love this !!!! so cool!
This is really cool!
