Thank you. I worked really hard on this video. I got the 9mm pink glass beads from two very old necklaces I found at a thrift store a couple of years ago. I didn't have enough to make a entire bracelet so I used 6/0 seed beads in between them to make it longer. The blue rondelles are 3mm I got them from a bead kit that I also found a couple of years ago. I have found some really pretty beads at thrift stores and yard sales.
This is in response to the 3-row bracelet: thank you so very much for showing this loom technique for making this leather wrap bracelet. The loom is such a great idea to keep even tension on the cording material and to keep the beads straight. I know I and easily make the loom and your information of where to purchase the Fireline at a bargain price is also appreciated. You did an excellent job explaining the steps and why, I look forward to viewing your other videos, thanks again!
Not too long. I just skipped over what I didn't need. Great Job. I needed the refresher and you are great at teaching your craft. Thank you for making this video.
Well, they were just gorgeous, and I loved the twists in them. I loved the design element of adding the 6/0 beads in between - that was brilliant. I love to incorporate vintage beads in new ways, and thrift stores and garage/estate sales are perfect for increasing your bead stash, plus you can recycle so much on the old necklaces too. Thank you, again, for making this bracelet, being so awesome, and writing me back with the information!
Thank you so much! Some people do complain about the length of my videos. But they don't know that if you were to take beading classes the class would be thirty minutes and up to like two hours long.
how can someone not like this video? haha. anyhoo, i find myself rewatching your tutorials, you're a gifted teacher, gifted in teaching, and gifted in making your own designs, and tools haha
I agree with Marlena k... I bead and do all kinds of things, but it is always nice to get new ideas... You are always a pleasure to watch. People can always go forward in the video if needed. Keep up the great work, you are an awesome person---- very thoughtful and, I can tell, a very compassionate person. You are a fantastic instructor! Thumbs up girl!
You have by far the best tutorials for my speed lol. I literally have to rewind most of the other tutorials because they don't repeat themselves several times to insure that newbies like me get. Thank you!!!!!
Thanks! This tutorial was the most work plus time consuming and the most thought out video that I have made so far. I think it was all worth it though in the end.
Six years later and this video is still inspiring people. I made 2 bead weaving looms based off this one. One is a 21 x 3 inch piece of pressed wood from my old desk. The other is a very sturdy 5 x 7 inch wooden photo frame I bought for $3 at a discount outlet store. Both looms have eye hooks, wingnuts and wood screws placed similar to the loom in this video. Another helpful thing was using light weight cardboard sheaths over my fingers to push the beads up. I love this bracelet, this loom and most of all I love this channel.
Thank you very much for making your videos. My friends and I have taken a cuff class and boy your tutorial is not only easier but makes a neater bracelet. Well done.
I don't like the videos that are all music and no one explains anything.. You are a wonderful teacher and your tips are very helpful. I am so glad I found your videos!! Please keep making them!
Thank you for this tutorial! Seriously, you have the best, cleanest videos that are easy to follow and you don't skip any steps. I've been wanting to learn how to make these double and triple row bracelets and this video made it easy for me. Thanks again.
I Love this tutorial. Appreciated your talent on creating the board. The length of the tutorial did not bother me a bit. You are very good at explaining all of the instruction. Can't wait to start. I will be coming back.
Girl, you are absolutely awesome! I hope you got a patent on your loom, that's really good and very much needed. Thanks for sharing and awakening creativity.
Thank you so much for this video. Can I just say that I love that you take the time to explain every detail when tying the knots. I really appreciate you taking the time to TEACH not just "show off" like some videos I have come across. And I love the color of your nails ;)
I made the loom and it was wonerful, you were right about it being fun to do. Thank you so much for the time you put into these videos to help us understand your instructions. Keep making videos
OMG! This is so awesome, I made my first macramé bracelet sorta... I have been beading for 50 years, and I have my own way of beading, Now I can do a whole lot more of what you have shown me, thank you so much for your tutorial... Greetings from Alaska
Do not ever worry about video length. The detail and literal step-by-step, in-depth instructions you give are beyond appreciated (at least by me). :) Questions: 1) What size beads did you use for this bracelet? and 2) With bead looming, are you limited to what size beads should be used? For instance, should not use beads smaller than "x" or greater than "y". Thank you very much for your time. I *LOVE* your videos!! :)
I love your videos. They are concise and to the point. Not really any unneeded chatter. I'm always trying to make wrap bracelets and always let myself down. Quite frankly they look messy and horrible. From now on it's your way of making them. Thanks so much!!
I love your tutorials. Your instructions and step by step videos as you explain cannot be more easy to understand. i don't want to miss out on any of your newer tutorial videos. I have subscribed. Thanks for presenting them to us happy beaders!
You're a good teacher! I understood everything you were teaching. I've tried to do a simular bracelet, but I screwed it up. I will try your method because everything you said! Well done!
you are one of the best instructors I have watched on you tube and I've watched hundreds. thank you for taking the time to make this video. You make it look so easy. Also love the tips you throw in because to a beginner those are very important
I am so glad to inspire you to make your own loom and bracelets. I hope it works out for you. I know how hard it is to find easy directions and informative instructions that is why I am making these videos.
You are a wonderful instructor! My bracelet came out perfect. I used 8/0 beads and a metal finding. Worked very well. Thank you so much! Can't wait to make more..
You are soooooo talented. Thank you so much for sharing you talent. I have this bracelet in turquoise beads and could never figure out how it was done. Thanks a bunch.
I just finished making my bead loom while watching this vid. Thanks for the great idea! These bracelet projects look like fun, I can't wait to get started. Happy beading!
This video was super detailed and helpful for me because it touched upon things that I hadn't thought of such as making sure the bead widths are the same, that was an important factor for the bracelet to be perfectly aligned, which was what I was missing in my other attempts at this sort of bracelet, the attention to the strength and durability of the bracelet as well as the focus on creating a professional looking bracelet were also pluses, overall an excellent video!
Thank you so much for this tutorial. You did an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating the project. I especially liked the way your film the demo because I could see everything. Thanks, too for the idea for a DIY loom. You are a wonderful teacher!
Hi Ms. Beadfulnights... another great tutorial and proof women make great carpenters too... LOL. I have a suggestion for those of us less tool inclined. When I want my cord to be taut, I use those large paper clasps and a cardboard box or a lid with sides and I clip my cord ends to each end of the box or lid. I wrap my cords in bubble wrap so the clasps do not mark up the cord ends. This has worked very well for me but I do love your ingenuity!!! I also think the tutorial is fantastic!!!
thank you, thank you ,thank you. I have so much to make this project, I got to the point were I was in a craft rut, so many supplies with a hard time finding a good project and after seeing this video Im truly psyched about beading again and I have you to thank,I love your videos.
Thanks for posting this wonderful tutorial! And yes, your voice is pleasant & you explain every step & make it simple. I made 3 bracelets in 1 day and they are beautiful! Friends & family were fighting over them so I have to make more...lol I have arthritis so it's difficult to use the smaller beads but I didn't have a problem following your tutorial. Thank you!!!!!
I love the Tutorial! I don't think it was that long since you took your time to explain how everything needed to be done.. Thank you for sharing your work.. That Bracelet came out beautiful.. I will try my best to make something similar to what you have created.. Thank You again for sharing.. Take Care..
You have, by far, the best tutorial I have seen on this subject. I also loved the tutorial on building the loom. I hope this reaches you. Keep up the great work. 🥰👍🏻
You can use many different bead sizes. If you want you can use all 6/0 seed beads to make a bracelet. The seed beads I used in this video are 6/0. The pink beads were 9mm and the blue beads were 3mm rondelles. You may have a hard time finding the sizes I used in my video that is why I said beads of your choice in the info box.
You are awesome and so are the bracelets you've shown in your tutorials. I'm just getting into beading and after watching your vidoes this morning I know what I'll be doing this weekend! :) Thank-you so much for sharing you wonderful ideas.
Muchas gracias for your excellent instructions! I just made this bracelet for the first time. A hanger and a rock is what I used to hold the beads as there is no loom in my stash yet. Really liked the fact you explained how to make both ends to fit correctly.
I love your techniques! You are just awesome! I have become inspired all over again to create and to bead again! Thank you so much! You are one of my favorites on here!
You are a very talented young lady! I love your videos, and I love your handmade loom. You should really have a patent pending on your loom. Thank you and keep those videos coming!!
Wow, you actually made this very easy to understand and follow. I never thought something that nice could be simple to make. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
Thank you for the great tutorial!! You are a wonderful teacher and you have definitely inspired me to start working with various beading techniques. Thank you again. Prerana
I have watched many of your video tutorials and find this is one of your best. I will continue to watch and learn and thank you so very much for sharing your time and talent with us...
Thank you for responding. I haven't been as lucky at thrift stores or yard sales. They normally don't know what they are selling and price it too high for my profit margin. The 9 mm, 3mm and 6/0 info is a good gauge for me to begin my experimentation of this technique. Sending blessings!.
What a WONDEFUL tutorial. Thank you SO much for sharing this with us. I have a metal allergy, so these bracelets are perfect for me (and so beautiful).
Very nice tutorial and very complete! I like your technique and it is simplier than others I've seen. Good job on the loom too. Looking forward to more of your videos. I just looked at a half dozen videos and even though they were shorter, yours was definitely the best! Thank you for doing this.
Funny how this design is so popular 10 years after posting. It is a great design, very similar to another application that I like to use. I didnt realize that I could apply a loom design into it the way you did with this piece. So, I tried it and I was quite impressed with what developed. Love your video and yes, the right equipment makes a world of difference. Oh, I subscribed today after watching this video a few times and a few others 😎👍
I’m enjoying giving myself a refresher course with your video. I learned from you on these and you are the easiest to learn from….I’ve watched many and your the Best and my favorite ❤
Thank you so much! I measured my bolts they are 3 1/4 inch and they have a flat head they are the same width as my board. Those bolts you are talking about should work as long as the threads cover the hole entire length of the bolt so your cords won't slide back and forth. If you use 4 inch bolts they might hang over the edge of your board.
OMG! thanks. i have been trying to figure out how to do multiple row bracelets. you have just made it look so much easier than i thought. and the loom, what a brialliant idea. looking for parts to make my own. tfs

I used a cotton cord, but I have seen my fans try this bracelet with other kinds of cords and they all looked good. You can use either 1mm or 2mm cord.

Maybe, you can try attaching a safety pin to the bracelet at the button and put the pin in a pillow or bed spread. I use to make friend ship bracelets like this when I was little.
My husband made me a loom per your instructions. I made my first bracelet. Works great!!
Thank you so much.

Hi, I loved this triple cord bracelet tutorial. Congratulations.
This way of making the bracelet is so logical and simple! The tool you made is smart! Thank you 🙏🏻😄👍🏻! 👋🏻❤️🌹
This is a great how-2 video, and you did a great job of showing how to make this style! Thanks so much!
Thank you for responding. I haven't been as lucky at thrift stores or yard sales. They normally don't know what they are selling and price it too high for my profit margin. The 9 mm, 3mm and 6/0 info is a good gauge for me to begin my experimentation of this technique. Sending blessings!.

2 bolts 3 1/4 inches long same width as my board
4 nuts to go on my bolts at each end

Tools needed:

super glue gel
a grinder to smooth the rough cut edges of the wood or you could use a dremel

Maybe, you can try attaching a safety pin to the bracelet at the button and put the pin in a pillow or bed spread. I use to make friend ship bracelets like this when I was little.
