I remeber, I belive it was early 2021, this lad gave me some awesome tips on getting a featured obby (using alt accounts to get in top-rated) and still, to this day I have not forgotten when I sat down with him in the bar of Obby Creator Arcade and he said those words to me.
2 bloody years later and I've still not used that advice

If you want an ACTUAL clock you need moving parts. A random person who made a actual clock in my server said that moving parts depend on your timezone.

Put multiple buttons down in the same spot, each one 0.001 studs lower than the next one, and when you click it it dissapears. You have the lowest one activate the thing you want.

Question: can you make a moving part stop at any point before it hits the end?

no, you can't. but you can create an replica of it stopping: create moving part, move destination to needed stopping position, then change reverse to true and make it button activated. clone it and move the start to the arrival point, then change the easing direction to false, cancollide to false and transparency to 1. then, use a conveyor system to activate the 1st part, then place 2 buttons in 1 spot to hide the 1st part and show the 2nd, then add a button far away(depends on how many time it should be stopped) that activates 2nd button.
