You could just use a tiny glue dot to adhere your gift card inside. The same idea as when your bank/building society send your card to you through the post xx Jean from Scotland.

I've made one of these and loved it. I believe the first one I saw was done by Tanu Creative. She uses metric measurements but if you use the stampin up trimmer, it has metric measurements on it!
