That's why beat boxing is also haram. And lastly vocals are halal untill its not autotuned so much to sound similar to music. I don't know what is it in the background of this vedio, but sounds exactly like music. May Allah guide us all.

Beatboxing is not considered haram by all scholars. There is clearly a difference of opinion about it. Musical instruments though are haram, with the exception of daff as espoused by the majority of scholars.

@iluvzaytun Watching fiction or non fiction isn't a sin but mainly the haram elements in there. The series seemed about hijabs life and his time in school and at home.
It did have some things in it which can be classed as 'haram' such as awrah showing, Its getting released in either case so wait and see.

Maybe this is a door for evil and biddah. There are many ways we can give dawah according to the Quran and sunnah - not sure about making dramas with music in the background. I’m not making a fatwa saying this is haram or halal, rather I am encouraging Muslims to be dilligent, and to be cautious of who you take knowledge from, and to hold tightly on to the Quran and sunnah.
May Allah guide us all, and unite us in Jannah

Actually my biggest issue from the clip we have seen is the music!
Look, it is a long discussion, but music is according to most sources I have read is haram. Allah knows best, and I AM NOT A MUFTI, but this is what I understand from reading different fatwas online.
It is irritating that he is using music, because I think he could have easily skipped that.
Moreover, I am not a big fan of this idea, since I believe that making a decent movie that agrees to the Islamic principles is extremely challenging since you would have to remove music, free mixing, showing of any Aura, and anything against islamic guidelines. I am happy that I found your comment.

I have my own humble and insignificant thinking articulated here as my input towards the exalted goal and sincerely hope by Allah's grace and help InshaAllah as it's metaphorically said a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single small step.

Can we START A MOVEMENT for all the sects bad mouthing each other and keeping a vast amount of distance between themselves and vitriolic and violent to each other, to come to common terms between all of them - accepting nothing of the the other sect's differences but respecting their diverse viewpoints and differences - United under one single banner of SHAHADA and the other common 4 pillars - respecting , though not accepting each other's faith based differences - uniting every sect under the one single banner - THE UBIQUITOUS SHAHADA - ASHHADU ANLLAILAHA ILLALLAH.
UNITING 2 BILLION FAITHFULS UNDER ONE SINGLE BANNER KEEPING ASIDE THE DIFFERENCES WITHOUT ACCEPTING THEM - NOT CREATING ENMITY AND CONFLICTS - BUT RESPECTING THEM.
The Quranic offer to the unbelievers of coming to common terms between them and us appears to be in extreme urgency to apply to us Muslims more now than before, while continuing the Islamic invite to others as well.
Kindly spread this message to all the masjids, scholars thinkers and Muslim political heads in the US and throughout the world

it's nasheeds + beatboxing + vocals. So it's completely halal. As for woman without hijab, all shows has woman without hijab, if you don't watch any videos or shows that has woman without hijab then don't watch this. It's mostly beneficial for non muslims who are used to these type of shows, because it gives them dawah. For muslims it's not that relevant I'd say. And Allah knows best.
