wow this Preach was made for me😭 This past days I been with an anxiety and wanted to hear God's response right at that moment, today I spoke with an older lady from my job and she told me that God can speak and answer me through so many ways! I was meant to hear this preach at this time of my life when I was feeling that God wasn't listening to my prayers! Thank you Rich for a wonderful message!
I'm glad I clicked this I was just reading 1 Samuel 3 wondering why did God put this on my heart hearing this message has given me a deeper meaning to the text. Thank you Jesus 🙌🙌 🙌🙌 🙌
Wow this is your latest. So much thanks for blessing flowing from Vous church. Daily bread. Jesus bless your seasons so we, all over the world, can get access to your church! Thanks from the bottom of my heart
I'm thinking of getting baptized but how do I know I'm ready how do I know god wants me to do it? I want to go with him I want to worship him in heaven I want to be prepared when he comes because I'm not staying jere I'M going with my father Jesus Christ!
Gioda Animations Read Acts 2:38 my friend. We will never be ready or good enough for God, that’s what He sent His son for us. We just need to be obedient to His Word & the Book of Acts is a great place to start regarding Baptism.
Ask yourself if your ready to be a servant of God - to allow God to be the loudest in your life? At times, it won't be easy because accepting Jesus comes with struggles and temptations from the devil but man the joy that comes with knowing Jesus is EVERYTHING and to see and feel yourself begin to change as a person is just amazing. Happy to hear you want Jesus in your life - begin a relationship with Him through reading Scripture & prayer everyday
Alignment with God comes with asignment from God. Thats my big take away from the sermon. The art of contentment with where you are, you already have everything you need with Jesus. Thanks for the Sermon Pastor!
Don't you love it when a pastor uses Scripture (OUT OF CONTEXT) to support their own sermons? Let's do like the Bereans and study the Scripture to see if what our pastors are telling us is the Truth, or their truth. Acts 17:11 Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. So, let's examine what he said. "You sit under a pastor like Samuel sat under Eli. Let's examine Eli. The next verse: 12 At that time I will carry out against Eli everything I spoke against his family-from beginning to end. 13 For I told him that I would judge his family forever because of the sin he knew about; his sons blasphemed God,[a] and he failed to restrain them. 14 Therefore I swore to the house of Eli, ‘The guilt of Eli’s house will never be atoned for by sacrifice or offering." 15 Samuel lay down until morning and then opened the doors of the house of the Lord. He was afraid to tell Eli the vision, 16 but Eli called him and said, “Samuel, my son.” 17 “What was it he said to you?” Eli asked. “Do not hide it from me. May God deal with you, be it ever so severely, if you hide from me anything he told you.” 18 So Samuel told him everything, hiding nothing from him. Then Eli said, “He is the Lord; let him do what is good in his eyes.” 19 The Lord was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of Samuel’s words fall to the ground. 20 And all Israel from Dan to Beersheba recognized that Samuel was attested as a prophet of the Lord. 21 The Lord continued to appear at Shiloh, and there he revealed himself to Samuel through his word. So, the LORD was with Samuel, but against Eli. Hebrews 1: 1 In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. Because the Word of GOD was rare then, He spoke to the prophets. Is the Word of the LORD rare today? I don't think so, because I have over 20 Bibles alone. Why so many? So I can hear and spot the real things as opposed to the counterfeit, like today's feel good pastors, who take Scripture out of context to support his man-made, sometimes bought sermons. These pastors are building a career not a Kingdom. Matthew 23: 8 “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers. 9 And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. 10 Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one Instructor, the Messiah. 11 The greatest among you will be your servant. 12 For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.
The key to the best listeners becoming the best communicators is to be quick to listen and slow to speak.
