Thank you for this video about to change mine out. Do you remember where you got the thermostat housing from? The one I bought isn’t the same as the original and I’m seeing bad reviews everywhere else for that part.
When replacing the thermostat do you put the gasket down first then the thermostat on top or put the thermostat down in the gasket on top of it I was told two different ways which is the correct way call thermostat out put gasket down then thermostat on top?

So the coolant doesn’t need to be drained to do this job?
Of course. It had already leaked out.
