I noticed that gwinches are mentioned in the official GW wiki ("range" page). So it did catch on. I'm 6 years late with this, but maybe armour damage would be a nice topic to look into. I find it confusing.

I'm actually quite interested in how you made the programs to gather data from the Guild Wars client. Are you just reading program memory directly or is there some library for DX-based games?
They are reading from game memory, afaik GW doesn't use any of the directX projection/transform functionality so directX has no knowledge of the gameworld coords :c
