    1 Tbsp Kopru
    1 Tbsp Badam Ni Katran
    1 TeaSpoon Sooth Powder
    1 TeaSpoon Ganthoda Powder
    1/2 TeaSpoon Elaichi Powder
    1 Tbsp Desi Gol
    1 Tbsp Alomond
    1 Tbsp Ghee
    1 Cup Water

    We made guns rab with some coconut also sotte in ghee .... but don't use wheat flour ..... Wheat flour rab is different..
    Anyway it's good recipe and still in shewetamber sect people make this tab frequently at least few times in a year after fasting .

      Parna means after fasting of 8 days or 3 days or 1 day.. next immediate day in morning Jain celebrate their few days fasting with light food of this Rab of gund and that morning first breakfast after fasting is called parna ....
