100% Unsafe! Don't use this. Because:
1.) 230 volt ac enters into the float switch! In case, wire damages by rat or any physical damage, entire building water line will get shock!!!!.
2.) DC supply not used.
3.) No On-Push button & no Off-button used.
4.) No over-load relay used!. OLR is for pump-motor over-current protection.
5.) Unsafe for pump-motor!.
6.) No DOL starter used! Use proper DOL Starter panel in accord with motor capacity.
7.) No DC controller used!
8.) Float switch must always use DC supply with DC motor controller!

Float switch is designed to run 230 Volt directly so we can use with 230 Volt supply
But if you want extra safety you use DC Supply in Float switch ( i also have used Neutral supply in Float switch and neutral wire doesn't give you electric shock)
NO Push button is not Connected because i have made it fully automatic control with float switch
MCB Also provide the same protection which overload relay provide
But i agree with you it's best to use DC Supply in Float switch i have not used because the cost price of the starter will increase
