I apologize for using this forum. I think Asaf Granit is an unusually special individual who cares about his profession and about his people. Just constructive criticism- we fly on El Al about every month or two. Something is lacking in the quality control, likely in the warming of food. It has sometimes been under heated. My husband flies premium and his last meal was literally spoiled. I wonder if anyone checks the trays that come back. I think it would be eye opening.
