Pretty fun encounter and the 1 Phase provides a good and enjoyable challenge. Wasnt the cleanest damage rotation on my part (missed my throwing knife so Luke didn’t have radiant until the end)

It’s through a raid mod called „enhanced voltaic ammo collector“ which drastically increases your chance of getting heavy when you have the voltaic overflow debuff
