Saw them 15 years ago at rock hard. Since then Forbidden Evil is one of my favorite thrash metal songs. Especially the last melody. So good Rob Flynn had to take it with him to Machine Heads Song Aestetics of Hate.
Fucking fantastic. Really impressed with the new vocalist. Saw these guys in Pittsburgh on the Twisted into Form tour and have loved them ever since. Stoked for new material!
Twisted into Form is one of my all-time favourite tunes. I loved Russ on vocals. I'm on the fence about this guy. Sometimes he sounds spot on, and other times not so much. Great sound though, and the band is right.
Norman Skinner is a class act! Saw him live twice with Forbidden and once with his other band Niviane, dude kills it! He's been in quite a lot of bands actually. Check him out in Niviane, Skinner, Hellscream, Imagika, and more...
Sounded so bad ass!! all due respect i love you guys but please let me take a gander at the drums..lol..There are two legends in my book this man is following ..so better have your chops up.. And he is pro to the T.. but yeah just one set id even pay you guys to sit in one night lol..
How NOT to be a fucking tight band with Mat Camacho on bass? He's having way more fun than anyone else on that stage. It makes me want to invite him to a sunday barbecue and hand him lots of beer, he's the GOOOAT
Lol. I love this band, and I know Matt, his ex, and his kids. I’ve been to his parents house in the old days. I used to watch forbidden rehearse - I am a nobody, but also quite entrenched in Bay Area 80s thrash - my point is of you know you know and maybe you should look into early days of Forbidden and who played on the albums. That said I’m glad he’s in the fold and they’re back again. Cheers
He's not all that bad.. maybe a little thin and screechy in areas.. definitely not nailing the powerful smooth mids and highs that Russ could do... Russ kinda lost that ability to though. Russ's highs were more like early Dickinson. Overall I think the band sounds pretty good here, and am glad this is happening! Definitely going to see them!!
@@danielpolsinger7565 He's not a bad singer. Don't get me wrong. He just shouts at the mic sometimes and this is annoying. He's great on the high notes but midrange he's nowhere close to Russ.
@@danielpolsinger7565 We both know that it is not as simple as this. Forbidden used to have one of the most versatile singers, in order to support their very technically approached Thrash. I believe that they will make a great record, but I also hope that they will improve their vocals.
The Bassist is wearing a Behemoth Shirt. Thats one reason, why Behemoth are one of these Poser Black Metal Bands. Total sold out for Money. IT IS a shame

I’m not against your opinion but we can agree that in his prime, Russ was just incredible. This singer has great potential but Russ is one-of-a-kind.
