I think that is one of those individual things. Everyone is different, and in different stages, have different activity levels, health problems, etc. For raising my kids I did not obsess over total vs net, but it was nice to know both. For myself, I need to lose weight so total carbs for me!
Can't handle all the spices they give me a rash on my left hand and make me pee every 2 hours at night. Salt is all I need. Not sure if its from the ant-nutrients.
I don't think we should be eating snacks. Keto snacks are processed junk food. I just make sure I eat plenty of fat with my meals and if i get hungy from working hard i will eat another meal. I know raising children is tough not to have snacks around. I am 67 kids are long gone and no grand children either so it is no problem for me not to have any snack foods in the house. Exactly. This is the kind of keto that got a lot of people in trouble...dirty keto. True keto doesn't include snack bars. It's simply higher fat than protein, very low carbs, if any. Some of these bars have high oxalate ingredients, and the allulose is questionable, as it's not what we were originally told, made from figs, rather it's made in a lab using corn. That's why the ingredients say non-GMO Allulose. Corn does NOT have allulose, but they use it to make allulose. Once people found that out, they were questioning if it was GMO corn. I had a bag in my cupboard to use on the rare occasion, and when I found that out, I threw it out. I heard Anita on Ketogenic Woman say the same thing. She doesn't use it anymore. If I had children, as I'm near your age, turning 70, I'd be doing what Dr. Berry and Neisha do...not giving my kids these kinds of sweetened snacks. I'd especially be looking out for oxalates, which all chocolate and nuts have. When we know better, we need to do better. Not to mention how expensive these kind of "snacks" are.
@@audreygregis8721corn also is used to make erythritol but there is nonGMO erythritol available. I’m sure nonGMO allulose is too. However for corn allergies, u can’t have either. I find doing carni, just NO sweet anything and it’s fine. I was rly surprised once I stopped sweet anything taste, in a couple wks I had zero wants or thots about sweet. I needed to raise my fat all these yrs! And carni can do that easily.
I love Levi's reactions. I also love seeing the changes in him. :)
Levi is just the cutest, love his assessments!
"pretty decent..." lol Levi is so cute. 😆 Thanx for sharing 🥰

Love Marygold products. I also add extra protein powder in my ketochow. Usually chocolate or vanilla depending on the KC flavor as well.
I just received my RX sugar and still scares me that there is 10g of carbs in 2 tbsp. Total net carbs is zero though🎉 can't wait to try😊
the banana peppers with the Italian seasoning in them make that salad next level. You have to try them.
Sub in a tub?! I did not know they had those. I have totally been missing Jersey Mike subs, need to try this!
We just love being on your pantry. Always new things to come🎉🎉🎉
I love everything I've tried so far and the quality can't be beat! 👍🏼❤️

Love Levi! ❤️❤️❤️
Hello from southern Utah.
OMG, I've been craving chocolate malt! Ordering that now! :)
Not to criticize, but why count net carbs vs total carbs? There seem to me a bit of confusion.

LOL! Sticky scores 10 for the win! I think I would like the Maple Pecan.
Great food choices for sure, I love burgers with eggs!
I've never heard of Maygold before, so I have to look them up.
FYI while watching this I noticed it is Marigold, hope that helps
She did link it and I believe there is a link for a discount.
I make myself a "fancy" coffee for dessert each evening too. :)
I cannot afford to order any of these. I would eat them all up, then be a bit overwhelmed like Levi.

Those are really odd symptoms. Hopefully you’ve talked to your Dr about them. Wishing you the best in figuring that all out🤞
Levi is looking older in this video!! Gettin big! ❤

I don’t think she normally snacks, but she was leaving the house and wanted to have something if she gets hungry, nothing wrong with that.
Not all snacks are junk, I make meat chips, pure carnivore.

Sorry too much fake food in this video. In my opinion. Expensive and a waste of money. Better spent on real meat.
