I think some activists should file a case in Guwahati High Court and ask CBI to investigate why this construction is taking almost 25 years .
If CBI come to Nagaland, most of our minister's and MLAs will end up in Tihar Jail.

This is a MUST. Too much time has been wasted laughing at Rio and the contractor. Now things such as "lack of funds, no funds, no sanction, etc" cannot be taken as excuses any more. CBI or NIA must investigate how much money went into this project, how much work was physically done as per specification, whether money was juggled for election expenses, buying MLAs, whether project was killed by inflated rates and pocketed by rio/contractor/bureaucrats, etc. Case should be filed with CBI, NIA, ED, and ensure that agencies are not bribed.
May some public lover and justice lovers should file a PiL so that government and contractors will be come alive and complete this project and all others in the state

It started when I was studying in 9std(St.Edmund school), did my matriculation, graduated from the college, did my masters, got a job and then married, had 2 kids, but still the same, except for that metal.
The stadium was clearly seen from my classroom window and i have been observing how can only 2-3 workers are building the entire stadium by using 1 pack of cement occasionally.

If This stadium finished also it will be strong structure or not don't know So feel quite risky coz it will be checked nicely after completing also for public safety.
All Consolidate funds of the state that is generated from the public sources and also the central funds receiving by state goes in an ocassional foreign tours, bars, one-night stand, surplus purchase of land, golden bangalows, private business institutions, etc. And while being busy in their things it seriously have no time for our well-being and surely, it will never get recovered from its severe hangover of the previous night party.
That Naga-Roman Colosseum built by Emperor Rio will be in our history book and forever in our hearts.
