nice ride bro. I'm considering to buy kymco like 150i also but a friend of mine knows someone selling kymco like 200i at much lower price, is 200i better than 150i even though it is older? hope someone can answer mre. more power to you and you channel! 😊
Hi! I don't know much about the 200i but it is a previous generation scooter so you can probably expect better overall performance and reliability from the 150i. It's a very good scooter! But maybe someone who has experience with both can help. :)

I just purchased a Kymco 150 like My feet touch the ground but not flat. So I’m up on my toes a bit. Once I’m driving it’s fine but it kind messes with my balance coming to a stop. Has anyone had this problem? Do you think I’ll get used to this? New to scooters. I really enjoyed your video. Looks like you guys had a blast. Thanks
Thanks for chiming in! No worries, this is a common sticking point when you're starting out and yes you will get used to it! Over time with lots of riding and practice and a bit of study you'll find the seat height doesn't matter much for any scooter or motorcycle. :) It's actually much easier to control the motorcycle when you're putting your feet down as little as possible, and this is something I'm still working on myself. It's actually putting both your feet down that messes with your balance. So it's all good, I suggest watching some videos about how to ride tall motorcycles, practice only using one foot down as much as possible, and let the rest come over time. Motojitsu even suggests pretending like you have your feet tied to the pegs (but please don't do this ahahaha).

Matagtag. Hahaha. Stiff ang suspension ng Like 150i. And not recommended for tall people, at 5’7” medyo pike na ako eh. Oks lang for short rides lalo na malakas arangkada pero di gaanonf komportable sa OBR kong 5’9” hehehe
how's the performance in uphill and long ride? any overheating issues?
Uphill no sweat compared to other scoots! Never had any issues w overheating but w very long rides apparently it can happen.

Sinamantala naman po ni kymco price increased. From 89900 now 124000 like150. Wala naman upgrade.Business talaga. Kaya sa panarea na lang ako.

Is the kymco like comfortable for the passenger?
Only for a fairly short passenger I think! 5'5" and below maybe. In general the suspension is quite stiff
@@Ride_XP thanks. For a first time rider like me who stands at 5'9", would u recommend this for puttering around metro manila? (30km home to office). My wife is 4'11 namam, i wonder kng kakasya kami if in case we decide to take it to marilaque.

@@bp6837 To be honest I think the bike will be small for you and less comfy than the PCX, but the main benefit is the looks + the bike's power, which is great fun even in the city. Definitely more character than the PCX, but PCX is probably the better overall package objectively speaking. If I were to choose, I'd still pick the Kymco.
@@Ride_XP thanks for that insight. Its something tht i might have to consider. Ur right, the one thing thats leaning me into it is the vespa/retro looks for an "old" guy like me, plus i think its less common than the competition. And its also narrower than the competition, or perhaps i might be overexaggerating /undermining my capacity to drive a wider scooter.

Police in the Philippines are abusive and some will arrest and punish you for not having a mask on even if you are all alone outdoors.
