Agreed love this resort! The pools are amazing and it is near everything. I think I have stayed there 4 or 5 times and will for sure be back!

Bed quality? Hard, medium or soft?
I’d say it was on the medium side. I really liked it compared to other WDW beds they seem a little too soft. This one had some structure. But the pillows were too soft.
Is there a washer and dryer in the 1 bedroom?

Are the pools heated in the winter?
Yes! We went in November one time and they felt so warm compared to other resorts.
