Plus the father’s hand over him made him feel safe, but I honestly believe that he is just putting a tough act because he doesn’t want to make his dad feel bad about making him cry. Still, the fact that he even managed to fake his courageousness means that he has to be tough on some level.

I'm very surprised that he even passed the height and weight requirement to go on this ride. Also, although this ride has the rigid pull down harness, I believe that as an extra measure it should also have the double shoulder straps that buckle between the legs. It would hold him in more securely. Reason being, this little guy's shoulders are almost narrow enough for kids his size to slip pass the rigid harness openings at the top. Yes, dad was reassuring, yes baby was brave, but yes he was too little for this. There are cases of ride mishaps due to under and overweight riders. Im sure someone will have an issue with this post. We will agree to disagree.

The courage this young man had with the reassurance of his father is why dads need their sons and sons need their father. Also lived the shout outs at the end, whats good Carlos.!!!
go away then you're stupid! Not sure how he was allowed legally to ride since he is clearly too small for the seat! So dangerous and stupid, putting the child's life in danger is abuse!
I'm a married mother, and I've sat on a roller coaster with my 7 year old. If you scroll down the comments, there's a lot of parent bashing from women! If the child meets the height requirement, it's not careless in my opinion! Anyway, it's his child so I don't know why so many ppl are pressed to judge his parenting! If people would worry more about the way they're raising kids, the world wouldn't be so full of fake caring, fake offended, overly sensitive, judgmental motherfuckers. Thanks for your comment though
The funny thing is, if this had ended badly, all of the people saying this was okay would be asking "Why was that child on this ride in the first place?". Go figure.
I agree with you! Parents are getting too overprotective of this child, even though it isn't theirs! If the CHILD meets the AGE AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS, then it's LEGAL NOT ABUSE, and they can keep commenting and commenting about what they feel, but that doesn't change a SINGLE thing about the video.
Crystal I'm a single mom and I love the fact that a dad spends time with his kid. however that was dangerous as fuck too put him on that though.. I love how people always attacks single moms. (sarcasm). she's probably one of them stuck of moms who thinks she perfect because her husband helps her..
God was with you that day! Your son was very brave. I didn't know they let small children like that go on those types of rides. After hearing about the death in Orlando on that drop tower ride, I was terrified to watch this. I was scared your son was going to slip out his harness.
Don't worry, these rides are actually extremely safe when operated correctly. The harnesses actually have triple redundancies built into them so that if one or even two restraints fail there is still a third to hold you in place. As for slipping out, that's what the height restrictions are there for. It always astounds me when people want to argue with the attendant about them - they're not there to stop you having fun, they're there to keep you safe. This boy obviously passed the height restrictions and, as you can see, he is well fastened in.
This dad just made me want to become a dad even more. I will truly inspire my kid just the way you inspired yours he was superman. Always believe in your ability to make the best effort for you child always
honestly its not even that big of a deal. its scary for those barely 10 seconds, he didn't cry, throw up, pass out, or anything. because he trusts his dad to keep him safe. if it was unsafe you know damn well the workers would've been like hell no get your little ass back home. just cause y'all are scared doesn't mean they have to be.
I am older than him and I can’t even imagine being on this ride!

Hell no not my son
Your son do not like you so
😂😂😂im sayin but the dad had him good so
You'd probably carry your son in your purse like a small dog
Felisha Jefferson girl i agree with you... no way im putting my son on that thing
Guy8t4 this comment was rude, but yes children do need both parents. That's a fact.
The courage this young man had with the reassurance of his father is why dads need their sons and sons need their father. Also lived the shout outs at the end, whats good Carlos.!!!
He looks small enough to fall out of that thing! Father is crazy LOL
Ocean lights that's why he's is keeping him with his right hand
Ocean lights th kid has a belt at the bottom

They have a seat belt on its not just the shoulder thing
Ocean lights there is a belt and his hand
How is it abusive that's like something he'll never forget he's very brave
Ian Mora No.
Melanie D. I saw you at the other video
I still don't know how people think this is child abuse.
go away then you're stupid! Not sure how he was allowed legally to ride since he is clearly too small for the seat! So dangerous and stupid, putting the child's life in danger is abuse!
NO LONGER ACTIVE omg haha, you just made my day!!
Here comes all the single mothers to complain about this father spending time with his son.....😒😒😒😒
this is awesome! Teach him how to face his fears!
If the CHILD meets the AGE AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS, then it's LEGAL NOT ABUSE, and they can keep commenting and commenting about what they feel, but that doesn't change a SINGLE thing about the video.
exactly
Crystal I'm a single mom and I love the fact that a dad spends time with his kid. however that was dangerous as fuck too put him on that though.. I love how people always attacks single moms. (sarcasm). she's probably one of them stuck of moms who thinks she perfect because her husband helps her..
Daddy holding on to two lives for dear life.
“We’re flying! You good?”
“Dad you gripping too tight, I can’t breathe”
He ain’t as big as that boy
This dad just made me want to become a dad even more. I will truly inspire my kid just the way you inspired yours he was superman. Always believe in your ability to make the best effort for you child always
T.21 A ya
I couldn’t breath watching this. Who do people have the guts to do this 😰
Because there's really not much danger in it.
When i re-watch it...I can't breathe either!

There is no way I would let my child go on that ride. Look at him, he might've flown and drop, dead.
And he fainted in the end...

Love how dad was holding his boy the whole time, for added reassurance and safety. Definitely a loving dad. Sweet vid. 🥰
honestly its not even that big of a deal. its scary for those barely 10 seconds, he didn't cry, throw up, pass out, or anything. because he trusts his dad to keep him safe. if it was unsafe you know damn well the workers would've been like hell no get your little ass back home. just cause y'all are scared doesn't mean they have to be.
Damn the kids got guts
Cristina Irizarry Dont we all?
Unikitty kitty my sister doesn't
It's so sweet how he held on to him so he wouldn't feel so scared this is such a good father ❤
That is the bravest six-year-old I’ve ever seen- also let’s give a round of applause for this dad 🥺
