Here's an interesting facet that could replace Nothil Boon: Dazzle gets heal amp from spell amp, and spell amp from heal amp. This would fit lore-wise with how shadow wave has always worked.
Oooooo I like that. That would make Dazzle much more valuable in a slightly different way!!! They have to do something because the pick rate of nothl boon is like 20% and it's probably only gonna get lower.
