Puff Embroidery on a Single Needle Machine

Puff Embroidery using the NQ1700E or PE800 and the Embrillance software design.
This quick tutorial uses an Apron which you can grab from most craft or blanks stores. Puff embroidery is unlimited and can be added to most projects. You'll be amazed how quickly you can create this yourself.
Materials needed:
Your choice of material/project
A small to mid hoop (5x7 in the video)
embroidery machine (NQ1700e in video)
cutaway stabilizer or tear away stabilizer (see list)
embroidery thread (see list)
scissors
seam ripper
hoop template
measuring tool such as a ruler or tape

What's the adhesive spray you used? I don't see it in the materials list. I'm new and would think it would make the material sticky. Where can i purchase it?

That’s 505 spray. Any craft store or Amazon. I will update the description if it’s not there.

Try the express version which is free but I suggest upgrading to the paid version when you can. You will need to purchase a puff design from a digitizer as puff designs have special formatting for this. But yes you can use the free express version.

I have Essentials version 1.172. You only the essentials to do puff embroidery. It’s the font that matters. I put a link for it in the description. Essentials is a great starting point! You can grow and add the others later if you choose.
