BEFORE ANYONE ASKS ANYTHING. IA (ee-ah) is a Vocaloid. Vocaloid is designed for singing. ONE (oh-neh) is a CeVio. CeVios can both sing and talk. Both are part of the Aria on the Planetes project. They are related, but the details to that relationship are unknown. Hope this helps to anyone who's curious.

Does anyone notice how very different IA & ONE dance. For example, ONE picks up her legs more than IA and move there arms different than each other as they dance. IA also tends to move her hips a bit more than ONE. To me It seems like ONE is trying her very best to do very good. I also like how they are not in perfect sync, like real people. I kind of get the feel as if IA is more professional so she doesn't bother put too much effort, but as a newer CeVIO, ONE seems to be trying hard to be as popular as IA...
+Jeremy Novoa I feel it. I feel all of it. I'm a retired recreational hip-hop dancer and I'm entirely mesmerized by IA and ONE's dancing. There's so much energy behind the dance. Absolutely love it. Powerful and energetic song, and it helps that IA is my all time #1 Vocaloid.
I like that they're out of sync, it makes it more realistic. And the movements and how fluid the graphics look are so much better than a lot of videos like mmd. I just can't describe how much I love the fluidity. I also like how their clothes and hair (except ONE's hair) moved, adding onto the realism.
+мєу яιи™ Its actually a ton of extra work to make them move that way. The animator had to take the time to create movement data for both models and choreograph it together, basically double the amount of time since in MMD you can use the same movement data for more than one model at a time.
I just love the choreography of this dance because usually, when two Vocaloids or MMD models are in the same song, they dance with exactly the same moves. However, if you watch, you'll notice that ONE moves more robotically, while IA is more loose and flowey with her dancing. It's a nice touch that they took out of the anniversary edition, which is why I like this one better.
I think that at this point I absolutely love 1st Place's idols more than Cryptons'. That doesn't mean I don't like Miku or anything, but ONE and IA are amazing singers as well and deserve more spotlight here in the US

+Lei Yuki ONE has really made a huge impression on me in the few months that she has been around, i honestly think she is the best non-vocaloid made. She is on par with IA which is my fav, and seeing them sing together is amazing :D
i like the Dancer vibe these vocaloids give of i also enjoy ONEs soulless eyes, i feel like if they did one of those character interviews with them and were asked something like "did you ever have a crush" and IA would be "Kyaa, there was this one time... but n-nevermind!" while blushing and looking around then ONE would just look straight at the guy and say "No." or thats just a bug with the model and im misinterpreting her expressionless face that i actually think fits
Nah neither look like the tsundere type. IA looks like she'd just start talking about all of her (extensive) love experience, while One would be the very opposite, and simply either say yes or no (honestly) without giving any more info.
tbh i did have a crush on KAITO but he's Miku's boyfriend, dreams crushed...;-; but one did looks soulles but yet like shes having fun during the dance...kinda scared me a little, please dont be bugged nee chan ;-;
I like how One just tries to nail this dance so hard and keeps looking onto her feet and does really sharp moves trying to make them rlly acurate and IA, especially on the bigger or faster moves is a bit choppy and lazy, like when One makes those rlly wide movements with her arms and IA just makes this kinda small... "eh" thing. It rlly gives them personality.
This has got to be my favourite choreography of any Vocaloid song / MMD video. I can never take my eyes off their dancing. IA's hip movements seem so realistic and mesmerising.. Whilst ONE's more stiff approach but emphasis on her leg movement's make her stand out in certain parts of the routine and manage to outshine IA. The models / choreography allow both of them to have their own styles, where neither one is better than the other despite being different. The song as well is catchy as hell. ONE was always a rising favourite of mine; but duets like this are bringing back my love for IA. She was never a favourite, but her clear voice is always great to listen to.

This is a good song but the video completely sells it. Their dancing is...mesmerizing with how in-sync they are. One thing I love about Ia though is she sounds so real. If you showed this to someone who has never seen it but told them to close their eyes and just listen I have a feeling they wouldn't be able to tell that they're basically listening to a program. Technology sure is crazy huh? I have a feeling the future, the next couple decades in particular, is definitely going to be interesting tech wise.
Blinded by the Moonlight They're gonna think ONE's voice has autotune (or something) while IA's voice have been cleared of noise in the background and polished.
KefGaming & Vlogs To be fair almost every human performer nowadays has their voice autotuned or edited somehow, but I've always just been impressed with how *real* IA and ONE sound here. They honestly sound human imo and that's amazing to me.

i never stop loving this Aside from the lack of hair movement in ONE's hair, i just love the uniqueness in their dance style that isn't completely in-sync AND how fluid they are i have knowledge about dancing choreography and so on so im just speaking form my naive eyes and just speaking my mind out but man i still love it to this day

If it wasn't for the incredibly loud (whatever 0:00 is) I'd be watching this video religiously. As it is, I just use the Anniversary version. I do prefer this, though. Can't place why
This dance is hands down one of my faves out of all the Vocaloid dances I've seen ♥♥ OMG I love everything about it~ they dance out of sync, and that makes it look more realistic. Also a lot of people are sayig that they're a bit expressionless... it's kinda true, but there are scenes where they have some more expression. I find a bit weird that ONE's hair doesn't move at all... but she dances wonderfully. And so does IA. IA looks more confident because she's danced a lot already, but even though ONE looks a bit insecure she's like giving out all she's got and she's great at it. IA and her make the perfect duo ★ I'm so gonna try to learn the dance,it looks so cool~ :)
you can see how detail this video is... IA and ONE even have slightly different dance motion when they're doing the same dance... Based on what I've seen, 1st place is a very potential company. Looking forward to their future products.

I've thought of it as ONE seems she's having fun, IA seems she knows what she's doing I like how they aren't perfectly synced, it's m e s m e r i z i n g
How I see it, is IA has more mysterious and fluid motions, while ONE has choppier, more energetic motions to her dancing. It gives them separate but still noticeable qualities about their personalities.
Okay, I think the reason why ONE is dancing more sharp, is because what if since ONE is the youngest ( assuming they are sisters ) ONE has to try harder to get noticed and appreciated by their parents, because IA is the oldest and her parents compare ONE to IA, so ONE is trying to live up to those expectations. -Just my theory-
I always assumed it was just CeVIO's WHY of trying to slightly shun off Vocaloid and make their character look better (that was when I thought this was a release video for ONE)
Dreamer-P ボーカロイド It isn't up to the developers of CeVIO to design and produce CeVIO voice banks. 1st PLACE was the company that produced ONE, as well as IA, a VOCALOID counterpart. Not to mention it was Sidu--the illustrator of the Kagerou Project series--who designed ONE, so it is unlikely that she has any problem with VOCALOID. (Sidu has great taste and a unique artistic eye. If you can depend on anyone to create a beautiful character, it's Sidu.) Some possible reasons why ONE is slightly more stiff than IA is either because (1) the MMD staff got lazy, (2) ONE's model by mqdl is less versatile than the IA model by the same person, or (3) it was a design choice by the choreographers.
FYI, the reason why their choreography is slightly different is for a professionally done MMD-like Music Video like these (and other Miku Live concerts) They tend to use Mocap data so it's someone's actual dance behind the scenes. It's kinda ironic that it probably started as a MMD, real dancers practice it, then the live dance is record through mocap, and the mocap is played through MMD. You can see the Motion Capture credit at the end too.
I swear. ONE's hair is dying the laws of gravity. The small ponytail at the back of her hair doesn't even sway and when she was twirling, the ponytail just stays still. Her front bangs don't move either. Either ways. ONE is still awesome. And so is IA. Did I mention these two are my Favourites?
that'd be great but they can't since IA belongs to 1st PLACE and Project DIVA is restricted to Cryptonloid only (GUMI is an exception) besides IA already has her own game, look up IA/VT -Colorful-
ONE and IA are now two of my favorite Characters, and even though ONE isn't a Vocaloid, i would still consider her part of them all. which is why i would like to see an actual video that has Miku and ONE as well as a few more in it
Everyones talking about IA and ONE (nothing wrong with that) but here im thinking that the structures seem like theyre similar to the ones of the Forerunners in Halo.

I just don't understand how everybody is into the regular old social media moves like Twerking, or the ghetto stuff called Spondgebob or stanky leg idk all of them seriously, but her when the vocaloid people make all these characters do these dances moves they are actually really cool and catchy. I bet if it did hit main stream people would love it. I've been trying to learn the Two faced lovers dance for so long....

I like how One just tries to nail this dance so hard and keeps looking onto her feet and does really sharp moves trying to make them rlly acurate and IA, especially on the bigger or faster moves is a bit choppy and lazy, like when One makes those rlly wide movements with her arms and IA just makes this kinda small... "eh" thing. It rlly gives them personality.
I love having idols that don't exist because that way I'm not giving unnecessary attention to someone real xD

This has got to be my favourite choreography of any Vocaloid song / MMD video. I can never take my eyes off their dancing. IA's hip movements seem so realistic and mesmerising.. Whilst ONE's more stiff approach but emphasis on her leg movement's make her stand out in certain parts of the routine and manage to outshine IA. The models / choreography allow both of them to have their own styles, where neither one is better than the other despite being different. The song as well is catchy as hell. ONE was always a rising favourite of mine; but duets like this are bringing back my love for IA. She was never a favourite, but her clear voice is always great to listen to.

This is a good song but the video completely sells it. Their dancing is...mesmerizing with how in-sync they are. One thing I love about Ia though is she sounds so real.
If you showed this to someone who has never seen it but told them to close their eyes and just listen I have a feeling they wouldn't be able to tell that they're basically listening to a program.
Technology sure is crazy huh? I have a feeling the future, the next couple decades in particular, is definitely going to be interesting tech wise.
Blinded by the Moonlight They're gonna think ONE's voice has autotune (or something) while IA's voice have been cleared of noise in the background and polished.

To be fair almost every human performer nowadays has their voice autotuned or edited somehow, but I've always just been impressed with how *real* IA and ONE sound here. They honestly sound human imo and that's amazing to me.

Aside from the lack of hair movement in ONE's hair, i just love the uniqueness in their dance style that isn't completely in-sync AND how fluid they are
i have knowledge about dancing choreography and so on so im just speaking form my naive eyes and just speaking my mind out but man i still love it to this day

This dance is hands down one of my faves out of all the Vocaloid dances I've seen ♥♥
OMG I love everything about it~ they dance out of sync, and that makes it look more realistic. Also a lot of people are sayig that they're a bit expressionless... it's kinda true, but there are scenes where they have some more expression. I find a bit weird that ONE's hair doesn't move at all... but she dances wonderfully. And so does IA. IA looks more confident because she's danced a lot already, but even though ONE looks a bit insecure she's like giving out all she's got and she's great at it. IA and her make the perfect duo ★ I'm so gonna try to learn the dance,it looks so cool~ :)

Ever notice how IA seems to be dancing in a lazier fashion, whilst ONE is trying to hard?
I've thought of it as ONE seems she's having fun, IA seems she knows what she's doing
I like how they aren't perfectly synced, it's m e s m e r i z i n g
a nice touch to show that the animators weren't lazy and offset them individually
How I see it, is IA has more mysterious and fluid motions, while ONE has choppier, more energetic motions to her dancing. It gives them separate but still noticeable qualities about their personalities.
A (female) friend of mine eplained it: "IA is the older sister and has been laid, ONE is the younger and virgin sister - IA knows, ONE tries" :-)

Okay, I think the reason why ONE is dancing more sharp, is because what if since ONE is the youngest ( assuming they are sisters ) ONE has to try harder to get noticed and appreciated by their parents, because IA is the oldest and her parents compare ONE to IA, so ONE is trying to live up to those expectations.

I always assumed it was just CeVIO's WHY of trying to slightly shun off Vocaloid and make their character look better (that was when I thought this was a release video for ONE)
Dreamer-P ボーカロイド It isn't up to the developers of CeVIO to design and produce CeVIO voice banks. 1st PLACE was the company that produced ONE, as well as IA, a VOCALOID counterpart. Not to mention it was Sidu--the illustrator of the Kagerou Project series--who designed ONE, so it is unlikely that she has any problem with VOCALOID. (Sidu has great taste and a unique artistic eye. If you can depend on anyone to create a beautiful character, it's Sidu.)
Some possible reasons why ONE is slightly more stiff than IA is either because (1) the MMD staff got lazy, (2) ONE's model by mqdl is less versatile than the IA model by the same person, or (3) it was a design choice by the choreographers.

FYI, the reason why their choreography is slightly different is for a professionally done MMD-like Music Video like these (and other Miku Live concerts) They tend to use Mocap data so it's someone's actual dance behind the scenes.
It's kinda ironic that it probably started as a MMD, real dancers practice it, then the live dance is record through mocap, and the mocap is played through MMD. You can see the Motion Capture credit at the end too.
