I have been playing for 7 years and I can play all kinds of crazy extended jazz chords and what not but for the life of me I always have trouble with that Fm on the 1st fret chord. I dread that chord.
no matter how hard i try, I just can't get it. so sad. I just bought a new guitar. is it possible some people just can't learn it no matter what? does it depend on physical condition? so frustrating
What is the problem? The matter you're stuck in? Im having the same problem despite having "long" fingers, i guess some stretches can make it work, idk
It’s just really hard this chord took me 2 months to be able to play fluid without any of the strings catching, but you just gotta practice now it’s just a matter of getting it to the point to where I can switch to it mid song
I know , we should long fingers for sound hard chords but you know what i have small fingers and i have really no guitar because of my family financial is not good but i have ukulele that i afford and i try on that ... With the thought that one day I will have a guitar too. For this i am practicing the difficultiest chords on my ukulele ... Please don't be sad on first try .. i know you will do this just try this and try this good luck 🤞🏻🥺
Did you mean that, really? I don’t think so, but I’m not sure. I keep going back and forth. Be honest…”Don’t fret.” You’re giving a guitar lesson, and say, “Don’t fret.” You gotta tell me!

it depends on how you hold the guitar and how high the strings are from the fretboard
Lots and lots of practice

"Start off with an e minor" *beginner guitarist starts to sweat not knowing what that is*
E minor is one of the easiest chords ever that might be the first chord you should try to learn.
Great tutorial! Super helpful, but quick and to-the-point. Great job babe! ☺️🤙🏽🤍

Don't fret? Is there a pun intended?
Always.
😀
It is sometimes said that D minor is the saddest minor chord. I think that F minor is even more profound. Does anyone agree/ disagree?
