i got a recommendation for you! you can start learning the choreo without using 0.25 0.5 and 0.75 speed! you can also stop the video to practice what you already learned before! but in my opinion i guess it's better learning the choreo without stoping the video! you can watch the entire video first and then start trying to dance and do basic movements, then you can do it all again and starting again until you know the choreo! me did it like this: me started by trying to dance as they do, and then me memorized where do i need to go like what's my place and then do it all again until i memorize it, i also know the choreo now thanks about that :) hope it helped!

I'm not Once I just give opinions as a regular audience, I think I understand why Nayeon is the center, she always stands out, like even when she blends in among the group and be seen from the distance, her aura still so bright. btw my favorite in Twice I could say is Jihyo, she seems the purest and I'm the one into vocal so, she also very bright and energetic.
