Daughter and I went to Atlanta to see these cats kick ass. I grew up on Mortification and Carcass, love Bolt Thrower so you know I loved them right away. So did she. She is 23 I am 58. So, we went, saw, listened, head banged and have the fuckin t-shirts to prove it.

I feel like it blends all the best elements of metal as well. Death, doom, a little bit of black and sludge
u can't hear the bass and the snare sucks, way too pronounced and tuned oddly. too quiet and not full sounding enough, as the guitar tone is lacking as a whole. the musicianship is good, but the production is god awful
@@spiff-the-god Kick is solid, vocals and snare are reverbed, guitar tone is audible... I'm not sure what else a person would want. Maybe you're just expecting something other than what is being offered. The production seems to be exactly what it is trying to be which in my mind is success.
i just listened to this album on repeat for 7 hours. 47 now and had kinda given up on listening to bands cuz personally i just found everything sounded samey-----then this fucking beast slapped me across the face from nowhere, now i,m awake, now i,m listening
I’ve been listening to it on repeat for the past 3 weeks all day everyday even repeatedly while working 8 hours this album is truly my favorite release by anyone ever officially .
Dude - this takes me back to the 90s metal scene, especially Obituary at the top of their game. This is a very solid meaty, death song!

Love this band. I see them in the line up with Fuming Mouth with Cannibal Corpse as headliners. Throw in fellow Texan metal band Judiciary and you got yourself a serious barnburner of a throwdown.
Real nice arrangements with the staggered transitions, in particular at the beginning when the drummer starts noticeably before the rest.
I love this. Intelligible but brutal vocal performances with sick riffs and grooves.

I never heard of this band until I was at Born Late Records in Ft. Worth (which is a really cool record store by the way) and I was looking thru the metal section and one of the band members came up to me and said he was in a band called Frozen Soul and he just dropped off some cds and that I should check them out if I like Bolt Thrower. I said I would so I bought a cd and man I'm glad I did. This band is killer! Good work fellas

Can't wait to hear where you guys go next. Discovered you guys and Bolt Thrower at the same time, and both jam to a degree I didn't know was possible. You two bands singlehandedly got me into all kinds of extreme metal over the last few weeks.
I really have been missing out on some classic stuff like Bathory, Rippikoulu, Obituary, Morbid Angel, etc. No more!
This album is also an instant classic for me. Aesthetic, production, riffs, transitions are all just dimes. ALSO WORTHY OF NOTE: You guys absolutely fucking killed that Mandatory Suicide cover, and it's actually the first track I checked out by you.

From listening to Acid Witch, then to Sanguisugabogg, then to this band. This is like a clean version of Bolt Thrower and maybe some Carcass I am hearing. Really good sound and the vocals remind me of "Acid Witch" and some other bands.

I saw these guys live with Napalm Death, Brujeria, and MDC. Never heard of any of em but napalm death before going to the show. This band blew the rest out the water. They're tighter than the virgin Mary on Easter Sunday.

Very badass video and song. Always nice to see a good windmill, a bc rich in the mix too. Just wish there were more drum fills in the song and ofc a bigger kit for aesthetic purposes. The rest of the band kills it in terms of image, in my humble opinion its important how you choose to display yourself in a band.
Also, I mean this in the best possible way, Chad's vocals sound like a IRL Nathan Explosion.
