Brother Jay, am an alcoholic .... I have a problem which is burdening me for 2 and half years. Of course it's my mistake of drinking but I could not really blame my drinking habits... My problem started all of sudden in the year 2020, I had these breathing difficulties, chest tightness and then panic fear attack always strikes me if I drink the night ahead.. I went for hospital medical check up 4-5 times, but to no improvement.. I was always prscribed with gastric or Acid reflux medications, shows no help... Xray, endoscopy, bloodtest, heart, liver, etc all checked and ok.. I even limited my drinks minimising to one or two cups 4 to 5 times in a week since am not addicted.. but every time I drink a cup or two, the symptoms of chest congestion returns the next day, even if I have much food I get the same symptoms. I got the feeling it's my lungs.. Another problem is shortness of breath while lying down on the bed. I just want to seek your help whether you can suggest me to come to you for a check up... Eagerly waiting for you aid..
