Hey, u asked for some deffenders, nowadays you'd look at Van Dijk, Theo Hernandez, if I take last ten years, Ramos, Varane, Pique, Puyol, Walker, Rio Ferdinand, Vidic, Chiellini. Back before, (like 2006 Italy had insane deffense: Maldini, Gattuso, Nesta, Cannavaro. Choose some of these and you won't be dissapointed :) For Football fans - (yes it's football hello from Europe)... sorry if I forgot any, there are so many great deffenders..
Also, just fyi - Premier League = England (best team Man City/Arsenal, Liverpool and more - most competetive league in the world), La Liga = Spain (best teams Real Madrid, Barcelona. Atletico Madrid), Bundesliga = Germany (best teams = Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund), Serie A = Italy (best teams - Inter Milan, AC Milan, Napoli, AS Roma), Ligue 1 = French (best team PSG).
Then there is the Champions League where all the winners of individual leagues (that I just named) meet and fight for the best team in the world (Real Madrid won last one). And European League which is for like 2nd-3rd best teams in Europe to battle it out.
Every European country has it's own league, I named these beacuse these are the top five leagues in the world.

I've been busy today I just finished the book of Deuteronomy, piano lesson earlier, now I have to go exercise for a bit, practice my touch typing skills,then grab a shower.
After I'm going to relax and play a couple games of League of Legends and eat some cookies to offset my exercise... Just a regular old person here...
