Isaac counters all mages. Agree with u. Iris was better to use now only. Twins also isn't bad with Seb.
And something to counter healers at last.

healers that live longer than one salvo is actually what we all need. The only decent healers are Celeste and Martha but we need 5 lines in Asgard ... Markus is impossible to build as is Jet - Nebula needs to be fully jacked to be any kind of helpful and Maya gets uprooted far far too easily ... Thea no one even uses (should tell you a bunch) - Morrigan is useless as a healer as well - 8 Heroes are LISTED as healers but most of them die before they stand a chance to do any healing and the game gods really need to address that shortfall.
You guys want/need tanks?
ADVICE: Grow your Aurora (max everything) and Rufus (keep his life low and max everything else) I know people love Roth (meh) - Galahad is good at the start but mid game he will switch from an OFFENSIVE tank to a DEFENSIVE tank on you and "become useless" as such he is better on your defensive teams ... Luther is fun ... Corvus is popular and if you can build him up works well. Cleaver not so popular ... Chabba not as popular as Rufus, and Ziri's useless don't waste resources building her (that's 8 tanks BTW, you need - 5)

_In the early days some 16 months ago I spent way too many resources on Chabba & Thea._ (Wished I knew the rankings when I started)
We live, we learn.
From a game mechanics position, all manner of tank types are already in the game. Magic tanks, physical tanks, dodge tanks, regen meat shields, mitigation tanks, healing tanks. There is no need for any more tanks. Any new tanks added to the game at this point would just be variations of the existing options we already have. Amira is a faction hero, which is something we DO still need since we are still short 2 factions on FB. We don't need more tanks.
