Contrary to endometriosis, tuberculosis causes damage to the inner surface of the tubes esp cilias, this results in loss of normal propulsive movements of tubes, causing more chances of ectopic and tubal block due to healing by firosis
There fore , in endometriosis there is no tubal block but in tuberculosis, the tubes are blocked

If endometriosis and adneymosis is there from a year, then OCPs can work. Already took 6.5 months Dinogest.
i also had same sitiation i took ayurved medicines for 4 months if u wnt that doc numbr i will give . nine four zero zero two zero seven one one nine aan doc numbr. I had irregular periods n strong abdomen pain
How is ur condition after the treatment with dinogest?

Maybe because ocps are preferred over progesterone..... Due to patient compliance with ocps

56:27 sorry Ma'am, but estrogen is not d cause of endometriosis. Retrograde menstruation n poor immunological functions r cause of endometriosis. Estrogen is something normal n beneficial. Retrograde menstruation beyond a certain limit n poor immunological functions aren't normal.
