I have a chronic illness that’s crippling me and I’m living below poverty. I’m not able to work but only 2 days due to my disability order and my family is suffering financially. I’m very indifferent with G-d because he’s given me talents and dreams to further build his kingdom…but yet every time I try to move forward I’m always confronted with closed doors. I’m physically unable to provide for my family but yet I have all the talents and gifts but nothing has come from any of it. I can’t help but be apathetic.

many people have a hard time accepting it because we are taught at a very young age not to let someone have total control over us and grow up independent. it's hard to humble yourself to the point you have to actively do good even towards people who you loathe.

We all have sinned and fell short of the glory to God. The problem is, that God is holy and doesn’t live with sin. So we all deserve to go to hell, but Jesus paid the price so you don’t have to. All you have to do is confess Jesus as your savior and repent (turn from all sin) and you’ll be forgiven and on the way to heaven

If Calvinism is true then the answer is simple. God sovereignly decreed people to either be apathetic or ambitious for His glory.
Piper’s answer is not consistent with his systematic.
