This is definitely the best video on TH-cam that explains the rules of touch rugby. The only thing I would change is the horrible music and the whistling sound which is very annoying to listen to.

They should show rule infractions better - like forward passes, late passes, oversteps, offsides, phantom touches and early touch calls. They showed a few dropped balls, but they were dropped after forward passes. No mention of the forward pass!
