- Fasting is about turning all that you are, everything you have, toward God and emptying yourself so He can fill you up. We can't get complete victory if we're not completely His. Jesus came "that He might destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). He came to bring complete victory, not partial victory. When you fast and pray you are not standing alone. You're standing with Him, and Fasting for Complete Victory.

When I went on a three days fast, last year, when I was homeless, living in my car, not knowing what to do; my Lord showed up! I was in estrangement with my son at the time, until he texted me, on the day my car went out on me , he said "mom I am going to buy me a car next week and then I am going to get you a room to live in"; my son was making calls , looking for a affordable room for me to stay in , and once he found one, he drove to my new place with a down payment for my room, in his new car; right now, I have a room that I am so grateful for, that I can pay my rent monthly. God is so good. I was in a place in my life where I almost loss hope , until I went on my three day fast... I love you Jesus 🙏🏾💓

2 days fasting, 2 terrorists arrested in Italy BEFORE they committed any crime. Glory Glory Glory to God!!!!!!! Got deep revelations from the Holy Spirit, free gas and free food. My 18th day of 21 day fasting
It's not too much. You have to mentally prepare yourself. The bible says in Matthew 4: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" You have to focus, believe, and be determined with EXPECTATION that god will answer your prayers and see you through all those days or you will just be dieting.
You are correct Sara. One day a week consistently will move mountains. It will also give a person strength to add more days. One day a week is a great place to start because it is not the amount of days that a person start with, it is starting. God bless.
