Wow this video is just amazing. Robert is one of my favourite characters because he's multilayered - on the surface he's charming, confident and exciting, he lies, he schemes and he hurts people. But despite that, and what you have captured here, is that underneath all that bravado, he's actually a little broken and wants love and acceptance just like anyone else. Since last year, he has undergone significant character development and all because he fell in love with Aaron. For the first time in his life, Robert truly knows what it is to be happy and content. He was always capable of being a good person but it took for someone to love him unconditionally to bring it out in him. Ryan Hawley is the most incredible actor to come into the show in recent years. He steals every scene he's in because of the subtle brilliance with which he plays the character. I couldn't imagine anyone else in the role.

as use to american soaps i find Brits speak too fast if at all and drink constantly as if beer glass is a propt - i like it when Rob uses a coffee container - also that theres no smoking but that may be unrealistic for such immoral characters
