I'm still learning DR, what is the step before all this? how did you get the text box in fusion there? all I have is median 1 & median 2, not background, not merge, not text
@@GadgetsGearCoffee for sure! Sounds like you have a video clip opened in fusion? If so, I can explain how to do this when there is a MediaIn 1 connected to MediaIn 2 already, unlike in a fusion composition. 1. Drag a text node down below (‘T’ symbol on the toolbar). Click on the text node, open the inspector in the top right, type something in the box, then right click in the box. That’s the quick explanation to get to the follower modifier. Now to merge it with MediaIn 1. Merge the text node onto the MediaIn 1 by clicking on the little square on the edge of the text node and hovering the yellow line over the little square of the MediaIn 1. Note: that move has to be very precise or it may not work / automatically merge together. You could still merge the two manually by disconnecting the yellow line from MediaOut 1 (simply click the 2nd half of the line) To get a merge node, Shift+Space to search a node (search Merge and press enter) or grab the button of a rectangle with 2 curved arrows down below. And then click and hold on the little square of the MediaIn 1 and drag the yellow line to the yellow arrow of the merge node. Now do the same with the text node but connect it to the green arrow of the merge node. Now they should be merged together. 4. Click the text node to select it, open the inspector at the top right, type something in the box, right click in the box and click follower. You should be good to explore from there! Hope this helps!
Please re-create the text animations that were shown in the first few seconds of the video. They were very after effects-like and useful. The tex anims you showed after getting into the follower interface were not so cool (sorry). PLEASE REDO THIS TUTORIAL 🙂
❤❤❤❤👍👍👌👌

Thanks Bro! Watched it on 1.5 and u sound like Ban Shapiro with that setting 😁
Happy to help! Oh, haha, word! I realize I do talk a bit slow but if 1.5 works then awesome! Ben Shapiro. Lol! I'll take it!
i think if they put some effort into it they could make it more complicated
That's a good point! It would certainly better to avoid any complications.
