Sir, did you do the proper protection first before you demonstrate to your student about the AC electrical connections. Goggles, arc rated gloves, proper grounding just in case your student accidentally cross the circuits. These are the protections first we have to teach to the students, always assumed not everybody aren't familiar yet about electricity, with proper grounding your student wil not a become a grounding path. Please don't be too sensitive about the comments since you post this on TH-cam, otherwise tell your school to have these following safety procedures to avoid accidents and you are responsible and the whole school for negligence. Once there is a history of accidents, peoples hesitate to enroll at your school, with a good records of safety procedures that will attract more students. Becomes HVAC/R always dealing 80% electrical and 20% mechanical, so this 80% comes with more training due to manufacturers designed and changes. Show the student about the lockout and tagout after shutting down any equipment, that save lives, higher voltage from 220 to 440 on the bigger units are things to considered. Safety, safety first, shoes or boots, arc rated gloves, goggles is a must. Thanks
