- Today I go over my top 44 CHARACTERS I want in Injustice 3 when it releases! Some include fan favorites like Batman and Black Manta, as well as others such as Robotman and Zatanna! I'd love to know who you guys want in Injustice 3 in the comments! I will probably do a MK1 roster as well!

Dead characters like Beast Boy should stay dead for the campaign, and therefore not be in the campaign. However, outside of campaign it be fine to have him on the roster.
I mean, in both games dead characters returned by other means for the campaign, though I understand your point. Most if not all of the dead characters should be DLC, not main roster characters

@@tv.casper Raven's still MiA from the first game after giving into her demonic heritage presumably after Beast Boy was said to have been killed by The Joker setting off the Metropolis explosion, which prompted Raven to go all she-Trigon as a result of this.
Instead of Martian Manhunter, Miss Martian should be in the game.
@@devinkleinsmith5026 If M'ghan/Miss Martian is in, I'd like to see her buck trends & be depicted in her true White Martian form rather than the stereotypical female Martian Manhunter way she's usually shown. It could serve as a bridge between not only other alien races showing up besides Kryptonian, Tamaranian, the Lantern Corps, and Martian (green & white), but it could also be a nice homage to the end of the 2003-2006 _Teen Titans_ animated series whereby the team fight a White Monster that basically resembles a White Martian capable of changing its molecular structure to blend in with its surrounding environment & is very difficult to defeat, in effect serving as an allegory to the never-ending battle against the criminal element which crimefighters/heroes (super [as in, those with superpowers or enhanced strengthened abilities] or otherwise, such as regular human law enforcement & rescue teams, plus those who work within the witness protection/secret service sector) face regularly.

Especially ZATANNA, I would like to see the entire Titans team there too, beastboy, raven, also I want to see Skins for each characters movie, such as a harley quinn: birds of prey skin or the classic joker skin from the live action.
@@CaptainTuba Gar is dead. His death is the catalyst for Raven turning evil in the first Injustice game. Unlike most comics & even the other various adaptations thereof, Injustice has been reasonably consistent with keeping its deceased characters dead, unless they have created a viable excuse for keeping them around (Joker in INJ2 was a metaphysical hallucination created by Scarecrow's fear toxin, the Green Arrow we have now was lifted from an alternate universe [the main timeline one is still dead], Nekron the demonic wielder of the Black Lantern ring reanimates the deceased as an undead zombie corpse, another character with metamorphic abilities changes into the deceased to psych out the deceased's closest allies & loved ones, etc.). Best case scenario for Beast Boy's resurrection is, Raven gets successfully purged of the demonic influence plaguing her, she uses her otherworldly supernatural powers & direct familial link to the afterlife to rescue her shapeshifting boyfriend from the hereafter & bring him, body & soul, back to the land of the living.
I would love to see superboy prime, I would love to see him in the story because if he was upset that the heroes stopped being heroes imagine how mad he would be when he learns that the heroes are not only no longer heroes but flat out villains and tyrants
I know its a far out want, but i genuinely think Larfleeze would be an awesome second Lantern Rep for the game, given that he doesn’t use constructs in the traditional way (opting to use constructs of people instead of objects) it would just be neat to see how they would do him! Maybe a ranged character? I would see his super to be all of his constructs pilling on the enemy or just absolutely dogging you lol.

For new characters I want the most: Mera, Katana, Huntress, Star Sapphire, Beast Boy, Hawkman, Etrigan, Constantine, Frankenstein, Azrael, Booster Gold, Superman X, Metallo, Nekron, Bronze Tiger, Gentleman Ghost & Bloodsport.
Guests: Power Rangers, Aang, Ben 10, Goku, The Incredibles, The Mask, Neo, Tron, Snake Eyes & Thundercats.
They won't put _The Incredibles_ because they're owned by Disney-PIXAR & are knocks-off of established DC & Marvel superheroes already.
Don't ask for characters from rival companies, because unless there's a reason for it (ex: the TMNT appearing in Injustice 2 because of the IDW crossover comic with Batman that also included a tie-in movie), it won't happen.
It's going to be hard to have an Injustice game without Kevin Conroy as Batman. Unless you replace him with someone like Troy Baker.

I mean, Troy Baker and Roger Craig Smith would both make incredible replacements for Conroy, even if they aren't as good

I think this is a great list, loving all the character choices
My pick for the big bad is Eclipso. He would have an insane moveset, and is a very underrated DC villain. Also he has the best powers for a fighting game, being Mind Control. He can also shapeshift, so an interesting way to bring back dead characters is to have him shape shift into them. Also, he is magic based so characters like Zatanna can be in no problem.

I agree with the titans !!! For me if the titans are in or not will be a deal breaker !! I finally want a game where all 5 of them atleast (and hopefully Terra) get added! Just thinking of all the dialogue and references is so exciting

You hit the nail on the head with Beast Boy. Could possibly be the most fun/entertaining fighter in the game.
Wonder Woman, Zatanna, Harley Quinn, Starfire, Raven. We never even saw Starfire in the Injustice 2 story mode.
Not a bad list I don't agree with Shaggy but Ben 10 would be interesting, since we've done Deathstroke and Deadshot next person who would be perfect for Injustice 3 would be Bloodsport I thought he was badass in Suicide Squad and he would make a good addition to it

As a guest character, I want to see Ben 10. WB owns him so it will be no issue getting him in
The best way to make him work would be delegate most of his aliens to special moves. His character ability will allow you to switch between 4 "main" aliens, and these will share similar combos along with a few of their own, just like how the TMNT work. Also, by default, we will give Ben his original ten aliens, as those are the most popular and basic. Here is the rundown
Ben will start out as Forearms by default since he's the most popular of the OG aliens. By using back+ability, forward+ability and down+ability, Ben can switch into Diamondhead,Heatblast, or XLR8. Up+ability will be back to Fourarms These will be the "main" aliens and have the sameish combos, except with two unique strings and 3 special abilities each
The rest of the special abilities will be Ben quick switching to NPC aliens, then back to his main alien. Think shang tsung from MK11 when he turns into rain, Ermac, and reptile. Examples could be:
Down,forward, 2= Wildmutt leaping and biting the opponent. Meter burn for a followup throw behind you
Back, forward, 3= Cannonbolt launching himself forward across screen. Meter burn for extra damage
Down, back, 1= Wildvine extending his vine arm and slamming the opponent. Meter burn it for a juggle
Back, forward, 2= Greymatter hopping into the opponents ear and causing damage, meter burn for a prolonged stun
Down, Down,2: Stinkfly shoots acid from a distance for a ranged attack
Down Down, 3: Upgrade turns the floor into a grid, causing the opponent's controls to be switched and messed up
Forward Throw: Ghostfreak possesses the opponent and causes them to punch themselves
Back Throw: Ripjaw Bites the opponent then tosses them across the stage
I'll also add a "cooldown" for each main alien. Once you switch main aliens, the Omnitrix needs to recharge before switching again
I'll also add in unlockable abilities for him like injustice 2 had. These can be the G2 aliens from Alien Force

It shouldn't be the original aliens because that version is small so they should go with UA Ben because he's the perfect height for the game.
This is how Ben would work:
Step 1: Choose an Alien out of the 5 options out of the roster.
Step 2: Ben would say his line to the opponent and then selects the Alien that the player have chosen.
Step 3: The player plays as that Alien for the whole fight.
Step 4: The alien switches back into Ben and then there will be a cutaway scene of him at the Mr. Smoothy drinking a smoothie.
Step 5: The steps repeat for all of the 5 aliens.

I’ve heard a few people mention power rangers for injustice 3 and I think that’s an absolutely awesome idea. Maybe they could include all the different colored rangers like how they did with TMNT

I really love grapplers (Grundy was my favorite)...so I think Mongul would be pretty awesome as a brute/ grappler. He's my #1 vote by far. Maybe Huntress instead of Batgirl. Metallo would be pretty cool as well 🤖

I would love to see Starro in the game, so I would either make him a piece of unlockable gear, or do what they did in injustice one with the blackest night and the zombie mode and just make it an on and off thing where you can have a Starro spore right on the characters face maybe give them a different voice line and animations. Stuff like that

1. deathstroke just bc he just disappeared after injustice 1 (and i dont think there was a reason but i could be wrong)
and 2. rorshache from watchmen. because he isnt trapped in here with them... THEIR TRAPPED IN THERE WITH HIM!
Great list, one thing I would change tho is gorilla grid as one of the bulkier characters. He was fine in I2 but never was a consistent character and never had a lot of fans. A underrated bulky character I think would work better is killer Kroc. Could be a violent, hard hitting grappler along the likes of someone like bane. I know a little similar to king shark but I think could be different enough to warrant his own character.
Your video pretty good and accurate you should do another video for the fun of it and cuz I want to see in the game is ( General zod, has ti hace man of steel one, and Stepphonwolf and Men and Black 3 as a dlc would be dope like Will Smith Tom lee jones and borris the animal and im suprised you havent meantioned the mask in it

Unlike most comic stories, when a character dies in the Injustice canon, they typically stay dead. And Gar is already dead. Joker killed him upon blowing up Metropolis in the comics before Injustice 1 came out. His death is what caused Raven to go full-on she-devil & align with her daddy Trigon.
I don't know but something tells me if ever they bring Hawkgirl back in Injustice 3 I could see her working with Batman and the insurgency after Superman brainwashed her into becoming his enforcer and kill Hawkman. Killer Frost could still be a loyal member to the Regime or Idk and as of Raven I hope she gets a little redemption arc and I would love to see how her and Beast Boy interact with one another.

I'd enjoy if they Brought back Zod and Doomsday despite Zod being dead in the comics and Doomsday getting defeated in the game but I'd also love it from Bane to make a return as well!!
Returning:
Deathstroke- Deathstroke can work in most stories you could come up with; can't think of a good reason to not have him aside from not wanting too many "gun guys".
Scarecrow- Englund did a great job and Scarecrow just makes for a good antagonist for every other character.
Red Hood- No real reason; I'm just a big fan and enjoyed the character.
Black Manta- With another Aquaman movie coming soon, this feels inevitable.
Zatanna or Doc Fate
Lobo- He's the Main Man; what other reason do I need?
New:
Static- I have been asking for this since Injustice one damn it!
Icon or Rocket- I just want someone else from the Milestone comics; their Superman
Someone from the Legion of Superheroes, maybe Cosmic Boy, Brainiac V, Saturn Girl or Timber Wolf
Owlman/The Talon- The Crisis on Infinite Earths version was fascinating; would love to see a game version. As for Talon; damn it, I want the Court of Owls done right once!
Shredder- The TMNT were in the last game; give me one good reason why Shredder should be in this one.
Ocean Master/Mera/Aqualad- if Manta doesn't return, any of these three could work as a either a foil to Aquaman or an inversion of his playstyle.
Clayface or Inque- a trapper, shapeshifter would be cool
Blight, Shriek or Spellbinder- Much like with Icon and Rocket, these were my favorite villains from Batman Beyond and I'd love to see how they could be done. Admittedly, if Scarecrow is back I'm not sure if Spellbinder could work or if they could just make him a variant like they did with Black Lightning, Mr. Freeze, Vixen, and so on.
Great list my dude Ben 10 tho 👌 also for the Rangers they could do the main five, choose a color as your main and the others can appear in your move set like TMNT! Omni-Man looks amazing in Mk1 so good call about Invincible.
I think Nite Owl as a Batman skin would be hype, they could probably get away with bringing a lot of Watchmen skins in for this one. I would also like to see Atrocitus return, but I somewhat doubt he will. Peacemaker being in MK1 gives me doubts for him being in Injustice, but honestly THE Suicide Squad was so good definitly needs a rep; I feel like Ratchtcher 2 would be the sickest and most interesting choice for Injustice and would work well with the grittier vibes. I would expect a Gaiman character also after the popularity of The Sandman Netflix show and the upcoming Dead Boy Detectives.

Joker does needs to come back because he's a mainstay/staple on the roster so it would be wrong to get rid of him. Treat him like u would with Scorpion from MK and Bowser. He's a fan beloved iconic character so therefore a lot of people just wants to played as him even if he isn't a part of the story.

17:26 I'm all for revamping Joker's move list as well, though I add in shaking up his gear/skins on top of that because Injustice 2 I felt was not it. Plenty of choices for an iconic character like him from countless interpretations, but most of them go for the same grungy, disheveled sort of Joker, especially the default. I'd take even one skin with Joker rocking a clean and dapper suit after looking back on Injustice 2's selection.

The Ben 10 idea was cool but like you said it would be a bit much, so I would say Gwen would fit better. Sense she has a black belt in fighting and is good in magic and on top of that has her alien form she would fit perfectly, just imagine…
Her main combos would be karate moves and maybe when amplified she would add her energy aura around her fists like in the show.
Her special moves could definitely be a combination of green lanterns telekinetic grabs, starFire projectiles and flying attacks and enchantress magic spells.
Her O or character power would be her in her alien/ Anodite form and it’s like a stance change where she gets access to a different set of attacks like a life drain like enchantress or a Mirage of energy blasts like starFire and barrier moves like green lanterns and Dr Fate
And her Special move being her start attack with her best spells and her transformation into a anodite and grow in size and just smashes the opponent .
Here's how Ben would work:
Step 1: Choose an Alien out of the 5 options in the roster.
Step 2: Ben would say his dialogue to his opponent and then transform into the alien that the player has chosen.
Step 3: The player plays as that alien for the whole fight.
Step 4: The alien switches back to Ben and there will be a cutaway scene drinking a smoothie at Mr. Smoothy.
Step 5: The steps will repeat for all of the 5 aliens.
Premiere skins: Albedo and Kevin 11.
Something I'd like to see with the universe hopping this series is known for is them breaking into the Marvel universe, and getting a load (say 10) of their heroes/villains. So, let's go with Captain America, Spiderman, Hulk, Iron Man, Storm, Wolverine, Magneto, Venom, Omega Red, and Elektra
DC is owned by WB whereas Marvel's owned by Disney, so this will never happen, because the only time they ever crossed over was when both companies were doing poorly in the late '80s, which lead to Warner Brothers & MGM leasing their characters for Disney's _Who Framed Roger Rabbit_ and in comics, seeing the New Teen Titans & the Uncanny X-Men team up against Darkseid & Thanos.
I feel as though they should not return to the injustice universe we know, I think starting fresh would be cool, maybe the injustice 2 universe comes in to stop the new universe from falling into ruin, it'll be a nice full circle moment since base universe did that in injustice 1
Finally, I’m glad someone agrees with me. We’ve already had so much story and where comic books have moved further along, a new start place allows further opportunities and newer characters

@@goodelucky The issue is, I think the sole reason that the Injustice universe decided to off Gar & thus, turn Raven into Trigon's Daughter (yes, she is already his daughter in the paternal biological sense, but I meant in terms of aligning with her dad out of rage following Beast Boy's death, although, by all accounts, Raven should have the power to bring the changeling back, since she's strong enough to genuinely beat the entire Justice League single-handedly when her abilities aren't severely nerfed & her Unkindness form is unarguably above even omega level in terms of what she can do; In other words, she not only knows just exactly what every single alternate version of herself is doing at any precise moment in time, she outranks even those who have canonically beat sky father-level deities, she briefly consumed all 4 of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse collectively at once, she can erase entire continuities out of existence using but a single thought or a mere dismissive hand wave, she can extend her reach beyond the reality she's currently in & do adverse damage to other Elseworlds [the canon DC term for official alternative universes] remotely, and she's practically unbeatable because she can't be killed by traditional methods, she can overwhelm or simply disarm even her fellow magic users & every time anybody has ever tried to go up against her, she just ends up becoming even stronger as a consequence) is because Raven in her demon form is much scarier & thus, cooler, but as to why NRS refuses to have Beast Boy included despite fan support -- beyond the fact that the Injustice version of him is canonically dead already -- is because, in my honest opinion, they'd have to significantly alter their MK Animalities to serve as Gar's shapeshifting powers -- meanwhile simultaneously subsequently making all of them green, to better easily indicate that it's Beast Boy using one of his many shifts -- but also, drastically lessen their impact so they wouldn't do as much harm as they would in the real world, nor be as devastating as they already are in the small list of MK games which have incorporated Animalities into the Kombatant's moves as a deadly Fatality type.
Nonetheless, it's very obvious that the dev team behind both the MK games & the Injustice games clearly don't wish to do that, as doing so would then subsequently weaken the Animalities as a kind of killer blow if they're simply turned into generic transformations for a single character who can change into practically anything he puts his mind to.

(I would love to say Ben 10 but that feels like way too big of a task for them to successfully do unless they have it to where the intro is Ben and then you start the match as an alien and throughout the match you can select which alien you want to play as from 4 aliens. Ex. You start as Four Arms knocking the opponent up *switch* you’re now juggling the opponent in the air with Heatblast, Ben 10s strings can also incorporate other aliens in the animations so it feels like he actually has 10 aliens but for the most part let’s say 4 iconic aliens get unique move sets and play styles that you can switch between)

Gar is dead. In the Injustice canon, when characters die, they typically stay dead unless time travel to alternate universes is implemented or the deceased are merely a hallucinated illusion cast by another character.

Those are all pretty cool. However, no Wonder girl, she's just the ripoff of Wonder Woman, it's better to have original characters. If we have Batman, there's no need for Batwoman. Wonder Woman's better.
Spawn, sailor moon, Agent J and K, Beetlejuice, Riddler, Two-Face, Goku, LT Lenina Huxley, Judge Dredd, The mask, Mongul, and every single character and stage from IJ1 and IJ2.
While injustice 2 showed us that they could squeeze more characters in the game with premiere skin, I feel like they also had another way that was even better but I never here people talk about it. It was what they did with TMNT. They were able to get all 4 turtles by starting with Leo but if go to the gear and change his sword to a staff u now have Donnie. For Injustice 3 they should do that for more characters. Just like the turtles, you would equip a gear piece and the character would become a new one with a new voice and voice lines, a few different specials and a new character trait. For example, changing the flash lighting symbol to the reverse flash symbol would turn him into Thawne. He would have a new look, new voice, and more brutal moves. They would both have that move where u phase through projectiles but whereas meter burning that move for Flash pushes the opponent away when u do it for Thawne he would do his signature hand through chest move. If we wanna go really crazy we could even change the super move but that might be asking for too much.
