@Teach Dem. Thanks for your continued efforts to highlight these veteran artists because if it's not for this channel they would be lost and forgotten 🙏.
This is the real deal! One of the unsung heroes of the dancehall. One of my favourites of whom I knew very little - in terms of a chronological biography. Thank you again Teach Dem.

Wow!!!! I thought Little Twitch had about 3 songs but this interview taught me a lot. He was definitely a factor in dancehall. Teach Dem you are the master in this space and 🙏🏾 that God will continue to bless you. Big up Lil Twitch!
Part 2 is in order. I noticed that you asked him about the inspiration for some of his songs, I think that would be a question that should be asks of all your interviews. Well done Teach Them.

Thanks for the spot, Teach . I remembered Twitch rise in the business. Saw him as a young lad on Teacher U-Roy's sound. I always rated his voice. Decent DJ
Teachdem, nuff respect for the great work you are doing, I co-author a book called "in the 80s Dancehall reggae recall ", I saw myself doing something like this but I couldn't do it as well as you. Thanks for the great work again Teachdem
@@TeachDem you the baddest man on the web, when it come to the old school artiste dem telling their story. Your interviews are dependable, respectful and very professional. @teachdem thanks for another great one .Another one of the foundation artist. I was surprised or maybe disappointed that he did not say more about Major Worries though, because he uses Major Worries style . Shabba , Bailey , shaggy , Bounty as with most of the artists afterwards all took is style .Major Worries laid down a blue print . Sorry he is not around for you to interview him . TWITCH!!! A most amicable, HUMBLE Artiste Weh Nuh itch!!! Good Timing, Teach!! Twitch and Major Worries were 2 Artistes most revered and favored by ALL JDF Troops--And I’m proud to have been a part of the Ex-Solja Inc. which put on a Dance at Swallowfield Rd in 2012-Honoring TWITCH, General Trees, Daddy Roy and JOE LICKSHOT(Massive pounding of the environment which caused Police to visit 4 times--Finally shutting down the Dance early--Twitch demolished the event!!!!!!!
After seeing him shell original dancehall thursdays recently I was thinking about this interview ! The great likkle twitch Jammys foundation artist !!!
I was name after the great likkle Twitch .It was the year 1985 when he was on Jarro I was talking one of his lyrics and a friend stated calling foriegn Twitch , evenually we drop the foriegn and just say Twitch. One of my favirite back in the 1980s..
Boy mi Memba twitch use to come a jaro a balcomb dr beside mi yaad come dj the sound when patcheye a select the sound wid him raccoon tail hat! Good memories mi use to go pon mi roof and watch big dance as a juvi
Truth Little Twitch talking. Whenever an artist dropped in NY, any dance that Down Beat is playing at the artist them would line up to DJ. This made the dance extra special because of the vibes that came from it. One after another is how the artist them shared the Mike, Mad things. Down Beat always guaranteed musical niceness, one song after another boom boom! Studio one like nothing. Big up Yourself Tony Screw, Gitmo, Shine Head, Santa Ranks, Sister Nancy, Briggý the General, and all the other artists who came through and nice up the dances. Headquarters was the spot. What fantastic memories 🥰
good and very interesting interview three great d j's he mention the original DR EARLY B AND the great JIM KELLY WHO IS junior kelly's bigger brother and NICODEMUS.

Yes, I remember him getting his training with Early B and Supercat when Jaro was playing out almost every night between 1984/ 1985. For me Twitch is a solid sound system DJ but not top tier like veterans Professor Nuts and Papa San.
@@richardwright779 Thanks man. I miss those days bad when you would hear, and grade DJs live on sound systems long before they went to the studio to record.
