This song still hits hard even after 10-12 years. One of the viral songs of that time. Most of us were teens or in early 20s and the craze was phenomenal!
This Song is magic ... it was my 12th class when i first listen to it and its been 15 years but i still listen to it sometimes.. it connects to the soul .. Loved It!! Thank you Gajendra Verma for this master piece.
Itne bade Iconic and evergreen song ke piche bus itni basic si Simple si kahani hogi kabhi nahi socha tha par doesn’t matter this song is really a pure nostalgia for all of us, those beautiful college school days and this song 🔥🫶🏻
Lakhs of college students in 2G and 3G generation spent hours hearing this song and cherishing, imagining there college crush, love one sided feelings... And also lakhs cried during their heart breaks
It's been more than 13-14 years but my brother still has it as his caller tune ❤ Every time I call him, I get to hear it and it's such a rush of nostalgia everytime... Gem of a song ❤❤❤
When I started watching the video, I thought...well here is a singer with one hit wonder...the more the video progressed, the more I got to see inside his mind and thought process, and by the end of this video, i had a wide grin of satisfaction...he has the beautiful mind of a true composer. Salut.
I first discovered this song in 2011-12; the Hindi portion of this song was my friend's caller tune. It instantly hit me; it's not like I was in any kind of relationship or having a crush on anyone, but I think I have that trait of feeling others pain. Back then I didn't have any internet connection, so it was kind of a struggle to get access to this song, but somehow I got to listen to the entire song. By the way, I didn't understand the English part of it at that time; I created my own lyrics with broken English. It was humorous, lol. Without having the understanding of music in detail, like how Gajendra is showing us the bits and pieces of this song. Believe me, again I fell in love with this song, and this time with every detail he showed us. The initial piano part is itself the example of nostalgia. I think the story, which was circulated at that time, had played a huge role in the success of this song. But anyway, this song is epic. This song is just pure emotion.
He's a very nice person, when He was live on FB or Instagram years ago, he replied to everyone's comments and talked nicely by taking names. This shows the respect he has for the fans. I appreciate his effort and gesture towards fan tbh, He's not only a remarkable singer, also a good hearted person.
Whenever I used to listen to this song, I used to miss the boyfriend I never had; during my college days....😅😅😅 14 years from this song, I'm married to my first love and have 2 lovely kids...never faced a break-up, but still this song has a very special space in my heart, a connect to my very youthful days... 😊❤
The pain in the lyrics and the voice doesn't need any music to poke you deep and tear you apart. Wonderful song 🖤🍀lots of hostel days memories. Thanks for creating such amazing song.
I remember I got this song from a Student at Jay Pee University Gunna when we went there and did their Annual Festival back in 2009.. Love You Gajender Bhai You are going to make 50 more Legendary Songs.. God Bless You More 👍
😢 *Rohan Rathore* , an IIT-Guwahati student, loved a girl who didn’t reciprocate his feelings. He composed a heart-wrenching number for her and died of cancer 15 days later.
This video took me back to my school times in 2013 when we had no phones but only one of my friend had one and we used to listen this song, never knew i will do music in future 💗💗
Gajendra bhai pls Gaane banate rahiye. aap bahot khoob music krte h. Be it Saajna re, tera hi rahoon, tujhse door jo hota hoon, mann mera, tera ghata sab bohot hi payara h. pls keep making❤

Ufff the initial intro of gajendra singing it live was just perfect!! Can we have more of this in every episode where the composer/singer actually sings their own raw version of it!
Gajendra Verma performed at the ICFAI University Tripura for its cultural fest named as ICARIA2K22 (2022). Couldn't believe the energy he had in his terrific performance all throughout the 3hrs, yet he kept smiling all throughout! ❤❤❤ What an artist!!

I remember back in my college days. 8-9 years ago. There was a jamming session where I sang this song with my friends. There was one girl who was crying. Later she told me that the song remembered her of her previous relationship. I told her to calm down, forget about past and move on. 😑😑
Oh wow! This song still gives me the chills. I think this is the song that introduced many of us(back in the day) to what deep sadness can feel like. Even though, looking back, us time pe aisa itna kuch sad feel krne jaisa that bhi nai 😂 The influence a rumor can have.
First time i came to know it was not rohan rathorr it was gajendra verma who sang this song. It was heart breaking because we were so much connected to rohan rathore story, a iit guwahati student who have to take apart from this world because pf cancer, leaving his gf behind, a incompledted love store and before dying he composed this song for his gf. This song was not same for us after revelation 😅😅😂😂
Loved it! Glad to see Gajendra Verma finally getting the recognition he truly deserves 👏🏻
