Occam's razor applies to the geoglyphs. The simplest explanation and all that. They had some kind of balloon, blimp, glider or other flying machine. There is no reason why not, but wicker and fabric don't last so no proof.
Why would they use lines to represent a glow when that is a characteristic of lens flairs? Only a sophist would use that as proof they had working cameras back then.

You seem to have missed the Rude Man of Cerne Abbas......, a similar but more detailed chalk figure in the hillside wielding two clubs, one in his right hand & the other fully erect from between his legs. If I recall correctly this one dates from about the 8th century or thereabouts. Perhaps you deemed this one not quite so family friendly!
Some of these, "GEOGLYPHS," are representative of "Giants" that once walked this earth. Angelic beings brought technology that man was completely ignorant of.
The geoglyph of the man with 2 staffs in each hand actually look like someone stepping through a door.
