A beautifully crafted rewind of the episode “Washita.” This two-part episode of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman was beyond poignant; it tore at my heartstrings. The legacy of the Cheyenne people is a great one and there is much to learn from it. Every man, woman, and child should know about it and about this decimation of a “sleeping village” of Cheyenne in 1868.
Wopila for sharing this powerful tribute to an incredible sad and tragic event in history . We must never forget what happened at Washita and all the other massacres that happened in our history. We must teach the children the raw truth and reality of history as a whole so these tragedies never happen again. Abundant respect and prayers.
Trop triste cette episode. Comment je kiffe cette serie. Nuage dansant.Impossible cette serie sans lui..Incroyable cet acteur..RIP. Et en passant bravo et merci pour cette belle video..Surtout prenez soin de vous.
@Clarebear901 Thank you so much for watching and commenting. This video is important for me because I wanted it to hopefully be meaningful without being sentimental, so finding the right type of music was difficult at first. It's such a great episode of Dr. Quinn and I'm proud they made such comments on difficult themes during the series.
It is so poignant. The music predicting what is going to come. Love the cuts and the transitions. So sad there isn't still that (total) understanding Snow Bird is foreseeing. Great job! So touching and descriptive.
Cet épisode m'a marquée à jamais.
What the little guy saying is he wants to be Brian's friend if that's what not home weeds supposed to meet unless it means friend I hope that's what it means I really don't know I don't really understand Indian culture and language escapes my imagination but the only thing I can't stand more early pink eye just hate more is the character custard and no I don't need the dessert I mean General Armstrong pain-in-the-ass custard why doesn't that guy just go away swole up into a black hole
This was a hard episode to watch. I remember this one too well.
