Spanish Trains - The Bilbao Metro

- A short film of my recent trip to Bilbao and my trip on the Metro. There are three lines Line 1 which goes from Etxebarri to Plentzia ( as seaside town), Line 2 Basuri to Kabiezes and Line 3 Airport to Etxebarri-Norte.

Just came back from my yearly visit to Bilbao. Somehow I can't stop loving metro Bilbao. The trains are beautiful and the stations are so simple yet elegant. Your video clearly shows the beauty of this metro!
I never got the change to go on the metro this year, only managed a very quick ride on the FEVE at Maliano near Santandar, much to my wife's horror!

Those sound exactly like the Sbahn in Hamburg.
I've never been on the SBahn, something to add to the list!
@@UbleyHalt You should do quickly if you want to ride on the BR472, which is currently slowly being replaced with the new ET 490.
But the sound which im talking about comes from the BR 474. ^^

Line 3 is not even built yet, and it will take years to finish it. There are only two lines, which are the ones you listed.
PabloMikel Izaguirre lucky I didn't try to travel on line 3, I would have been disappointed!
I didn't know line 3 appeared on maps, that's quite weird.
2017 summer line 3 will be ready, hope you travel to Bilbao and see the beauty of it (unluckyly, the stretch between matiko and the airport may not be ready until 2018 but from matiko to etxebarri-norte will be ready since march 2017)
Hi Alex, thanks for the update, I can't make Bilbao this year, going to Germany / Austria. Certainly an incentive to come back in 2018 for the grand opening of the Airport line, let me know when a date is published. All the best Graham
