Big and Small Cars Vs Buildings - Teardown

I've always been a huge fan of destructible physics in video game. And Teardown , in my opinion, offers some of the best physics out of all destruction game.
I think Red Faction Guerilla still has extremely satisfying destruction physics, but they're not as advanced as Teardown.
