You just need: 2L water, 1L apple juice, 60ml of Schlehen Blackthorn Berry Elixir and one sachet of Blackcurrant rehydrat solution. Mix them and drink. Yes it helps with milk. You can get all these in Dischem. You can google pics and show them.
Having to go back to work only when a baby is few months old isn’t fair 🥺 Imagine knowing you’ll miss many milestones of the Baby. Also dealing with exhaustion or engorgement at work!! The world needs to be fairer to women and parents in general

Hey New guidelines allow feeding from 4 months. Also best to still check in with your paediatrician as we did, he actually recommended it. My son by 4 months was sitting on his own and was weighing like a 7 months old, so his nutritional needs were more than the average at his age. It always differs from child to child and what works best for your situation ❤️
