cheap ?? in HK or Australia standard?
It is defintely not cheap in Australia standard but I am not quite sure about HK standard..
The Wooly supermarket I go every week is maybe 20% less that this price in Sydney.
You may find the price of the regional supermarket like this one is lot more expensive than the ones in the capital cities.
They usually ship all fresh foods to all capital cities first and then distribute them to the regional ones.
You are paying the additional logistic cost to shop in the regional supermarket.
Filling up the tank is also more expensive in regional Australia.

你好Meneka蜜糖只有紐西蘭先係純正嘅‘Meneka蜜糖因為嗰種花’Meneka嗰種花係紐西蘭專有嘅你個蜜糖太好，所以好多國家都冒充佢😂😂
不全對，Manuka 樹學名 leptospermum，是澳、紐兩地源生木，兩地曾為 'Manuka' 爭專利，法庭裁定兩地均可用，但有保健作用的 Manuka 只長於紐西蘭北島。
The prices of Sydney Rock oysters there are very cheap when compare those in here Sydney metropolitan suburbs. Normally they are around A$30 per doz in the local seafood shops.

Vegemite 其實喺蔬菜醬，澳洲最出名嘅三文治醬，據說喺因為小朋友唔鍾意食蔬菜，所以用蔬菜煮成醬夾入三文治等小朋友容易接受啲,白人小朋友早餐必吃

據我了解 Vegemite 是用釀啤酒後剩下的酵母而製成的。
呢個頻道有一系列的香港酒店自助餐片亦有其他香港自助餐片，去日本有抵食推介，去澳門都有自助餐片，就係去澳洲睇到第三集都未有任何形式的NSW自助餐片。 第一集和第2集都是澳洲悉尼"不抵食推介"😢
下集去Tasmania可以想像比悉尼更難找到性價比超高的自助餐!
