Can’t wait until this hopefully gets to Xbox one day. Man these creepy NPCs are so weird. I mean if they would be at least scary or somehow cool or fun but they’re all just so ugly and non human but in a really bad way.
And all boring and bland.
I expect in Neon really badass dangerous people and in New Atlantis more beautiful ones and maybe some low lifes in the underground.
