Aint no way a man as tall as Jaren got a range like that in a league with strict hand-checking rules, he could drive that ball constantly but hes banking extra points with an untouchable advantage, I feel like curry is about to get feirce to compete with that

His offense is still very questionable though, especially when he puts the ball on the floor, other than his ability to shoot the 3, he’s not a very good offensive player, cause he has no in between game, he doesn’t have much of a post game, and it’s not so pretty when he plays off the bounce.
The Grizzlies don't need him to stand in the paint and grab rebounds they was the number one team in the league in rebounding he helped spread the floor shoot 3s
@@axton5762 I’m talking about his scoring ability, other than his 3 point shooting he’s not a very good scorer, for his height he’s not very efficient, he doesn’t have much of a post game, he doesn’t shoot midrange shots, and he isn’t good at scoring off the dribble.
@@zoomzoom3839 dude I've been watching basketball since the mid 80s I watch every Grizzlies game I watch every player in the NBA. You said he can't do stuff that I know he can do and he does sometimes but they don't utilize all his tool in this system. he plays his role but to say he can't do it it's the question. This dude every summer goes works out with the top trainers all around the world and it's documented there's videos and he has a plethora of big man moves in the paint. But Either you're driving the ball to the basket or are you shooting 3s in this system. They don't throw the ball down in the post and have one big man just clogging up the lane trying to go one on one in this system. If jjj wanted to play selfish and play like that I'm pretty sure he could but this is the most unselfish team in the league other than the Warriors and the Warriors don't play like that one big man playing down in the post. Is he perfect No, no one is but he better then you think he is he can dribble he can take guys off the dribble. He played his role that's why the Grizzles was number one in a lot of categories.

You know the Grizzlies was the number 1 team in rebounding right they grab boards as a collective group they need jjj to stand at the perimeter help spread the floor fools don't understand that by looking at numbers.

That's cuz he always hanging around the perimeter, he kinda like Myles Turner 2.0 younger but myles obviously has played longer so he got more experience. Till he be a consistent post scorer, his career will always be kinda like Myles Turner except he might be able to win more games cuz of ja

Here's my love hate relationship with Triple J. He defends the paint like a beast off his leash.. trying to contest everything that comes around the basket. You would think that aggressive type of mindset, would translate to the offensive end, right? Nope. Offensively -- especially in transition -- too many times I see Triple J run to the 3 point line, and stop, as if he's about to run off of a cliff. He's too damn tall, to not constantly be rim running, in those situations. I believe he leaves 6-8 points a game on the court, because he has that bad habit.. of rather shooting a 27 foot three, instead of getting the easy two in transition. Just don't understand how he plays so hard on defense, but so soft on offense? And it's a crying shame that at 6'11 with that level of athleticism.. he's only averaging a little over 5 rebounds a game. Come on son, you're better than that.
