There is a video floating around of various artists performing this song, it's only when you watch it you realise how far ahead Morissette really is, she's just vocal perfection 🇬🇧🔥👌💓.
I have high expectations from Mori of having seen or listened to her how she dissected each song. But I never would have imagine she can write songs this good!

This is the first time I cried over a singer in my life! The context is this: I've just discovered Morissette a few years ago, so I went back on her earliest videos when she was little. There was this event in Cebu where she's from that she was probably 10 years old guesting on this celebrity actress. Its a makeshift stage where people went up and down to have their autographs signed while the future legend was belting out this very same song but was relegated to the side of the stage. Nobody "Listened"! The people clapping were probably her dad, mom and little brother. Then fast forward to this performance. I think this is one of her great ones! She's been doing that ever since, fighting to be heard. Pandemic where she can't tour? I'll just learn to write song and produce. She wrote the ultimate song of hope in these hard times. The more you keep throwing these stuff to Morissette the more she'll bounce back and show you why she's the best. Now, we Listen!!! Btw, my wife asked me at 1am who died since you're crying! @@emmanuelbarroga2096 second time was when Phoenix video came out. I'd just lost a family member to covid when that video came out. I cannot wipe out of my mind that expression of the face of the guy who was selling chicharon for a living on the side of the street! He knows the danger but part of surviving is to be brave, he has a family to tend to and whether there's pandemic that's a total killer or not he has to do this. He just waved his hand and smiled, that expression of resilience, and every freaking word of Morissettte's lyrics goes deep inside you, that despite this all there's far greater things to look forward to. Just weather this crises for now. Its akin to Mori's smiling despite all the heartaches of not being given a place in those contests early in her career! Now, she's showing us what she has to say!

Chandelier, a song by Sia, sung by Dimash, without adequate changes to her lyrical style, I don't think it would do well, it would lose much of its nature.

I see there are 7 dislikes for this video. all of them are probably over jealousy from people who have a favourite singer and feel threatened by this young lady becoming as great and popular as she is. That's the only reason I can see for disliking this amazing performance.

Morissette really sounds like her vocal coach at The Voice Philippines 🇵🇭 Ms. Sarah Geronimo, even when she talks. Morissette really had gone through a lot with her Music career. It's with The Voice Philippines ( season 1 ) when she got started to be noticed & really be heard. Though she didn't end up as the grand winner due to some slight comments about her " Crack " in her voice that some vocal judges could not discern if it's her style or if it's a difficulty when she sings her songs. But look at her now? Morissette really soared high, higher than those winners who won the Voice. Thank you so much Ms. Dannielle Marie for always reacting on Morissette Amon.
